^sis, hihingan ka ng hospital ng copy of contri indicating na may hulog ka 9months prior you give birth. So kung Dec ka pa manganganak, hihingan ka nila ng updated copy .. so kukuha ka pa rin ulit sa HR nyo kase hanggang Sept lang yun copy na hawak mo ngayon

Nanganak ako nung Sept 27, 11,400 lang nabawas sa bill ko tapos kay baby 1250 lang yung new born screening. Diba dapat 19k bawas nun since CS ako?

Sis, check mo kung nagdeduct ng philhealth si OB mo from her PF. Nung nag-reimburse ako dati, 11,400 lang din nakuha ko. Ang explanation ng hospital, yung 7k+ ay mapupunta sa OB. ang PF ni OB is 30k pero 21k+ lang siningil niya sakin. So dun nga napunta, kulang pa nga ng 1k.

Hmmm.. Mommies , premium din ba ang philhealth contributions niyo ? Naisip ko lang kasi sa lahat ng thread na nabasa ko , same lang deduction ng philhealth sa nsd or csd . So, anong advantage kung premium yung hulog sa philhealth ? hehe . Di pa kasi ko na hospitalized and first baby ko din to . Thanks !

Hi ! Gave birth last oct 19 , discharged kami nung oct 22 , di na nahabol /nabawas yung sa philhealth ni baby kasi wala pa yung birth certificate nya . San kaya ko magpapa reimburse ? Sa hospital or derecho na sa philhealth ? TIA !

^ sis alam ko hindi na nagaallow direct filing a philhealth ngayon. kapag di mo daw nakuha, wala na talaga. according to http://www.healthphilippines.net/2012/11/how-much-is-my-philhealth-maternity-benefit pero ask parin sis.

hello mga sis! have you tried getting reimbursement for prenatal care? nabasa ko lang ito dito: http://www.healthphilippines.net/2011/11/philhealth-maternity-benefit-prenatal-care/ and according to the blog, the cost of prenatal checkups and other tests such as ultrasound will be reimbursed for P1,500 as long as NSD ka.

any idea/s on this?

^ good question sis. elective CS won't be reimbursed as stated sa memorandum ng philhealth:

"Elective cesarean sections (e.g., CS per patient request) including repeat cesarean sections performed without indication shall not be reimbursed by the Corporation."

Hi sis baka makatulong, kaya lang sa government hospital ako nanganak baka iba process. Noong pina new born screening namin si baby bago kami lumabas hospital, kami mismo nagbayad then binigyan lang kami papel parang temporary receipt habang wala pang birth certificate ang baby. Then less than a month nakuha namin birth certificate, bumalik kami hospital then sinubmit namin mga documents cf1, birth certificate ni baby and hindi ko na matandaan if may iba pa. Tapos nirefund nila sa amin that day mismo iyong PHp 650 na binayad namin para sa new born screening. Then doon naman sa mga receipts, ang sabi sa amin bumalik after 6 months (ganoon katagal?) dala iyong mga receipts namin para mareimburse. Pinapacheck ko nga actually kay hubby ngayon sa hospital if mayroon na para makapagreimburse na kami sayang din kasi ang laki din ng nagastos sa mga gamot.

Sis pwede ba na photocopy lang? I got mine na kasi pero 1copy lang.

Mga sis question lang, my edd is Jan.6 pero full term na ako by Dec.15 so last Nov.24 kumuha na ako ng MDR, cert of contribution and CF1 form para just in case manganak na ako this December ready na. Then napansin ko sa cert of contribution til November lang even if paid na ako until December. What if January pa ako manganak, valid pa ba yung cert of contribution or better if kuha na ako ng bago para naka-indicate na din yung for December? Tia!

Paano ba malalaman kung nadeduct ni OB yun philhealth sa PF nya? Direct kasi sa hospital kami nagbayad wala naman nakareflect dun yun sa hospital bill lang which is 11,400.

^^sis adam1025, employed ka ba? Baka kase hingan ka nila ng for december if january ka manganganak. Yung saken kase until Sept lang ang meron since I requested it nung October pa kahit edd ko ng Dec 06. I gave birth ng Dec 01, i asked hubby na i-check with Philhealth(sa hospital) if they will require me na til November yung nasa contribution ko. Sabi daw ng Philhealth, no need na since yung mga employers daw remit the contribution every quarter..

^hi sis, voluntary member ako. So meaning kaya kelangan ko ulit kumuha ng updated na kasama na ang December? Full term na kasi ako by Monday para sana maayos ko na ulit hanggat kaya ko pa

Share ko Lang yung experience ko with philhealth ...

I left my job last March 2014 due to my difficult pregnancy so last contribution ko for philhealth was Feb 2014.

July, I went to Philhealth Ali Mall to change my status to voluntary and pay the contribution for the months of March-June. I was told I have to go to philhealth in Quezon Ave kasi they only accept payment for July onwards.

So I went to Quezon Ave. They have a dedicated desk for senior citizens and pregnant women. When the guy checked my contributions in their system, it showed na hanggang Sept 2013 lang. He said na ganun daw talaga if you work for BPO companies hindi up to date. He asked when I will give birth and I said either last week of Oct or 1st week of Nov.

He gave me two options.

1. Go back to my prev emloyer and get copy of certificate of contribution for the months of Oct 2013-Feb 2014. Then show it them para mabayaran ko yung March to June.

2. Since Oct pa naman expected delivery ko, I can just pay the months of July, August and September kasi once I gave birth the hospital will only look for at the last 3 months of contribution.

I chose option number 2 and prayed hard na hindi mapaaga yung panganganak ko or else wala ako makukuha sa philhealth.

Thank God I gave birth on Nov and true enough the hospital asked for contributions from July-Sept. I gave them copy of my receipt, MDR and ID.

I got 5,500 total deduction from philhealth. The 2,500 went to the doctor's PF and the 3,000 for the hospital bill.

mga sis seaman ang husband ko pero sa may pa naman ako manganganak. Binigay na nya sa akin yung mdr nya pero wala pa ako nung crrtificate of contribution. Siguro mga next year ko na kukuhanin. If Im not mistaken sa office nila ko kukuhanin yung certificate of contribution tama po ba?

sis Adam1025, sa voluntary member ba may certificate of contribution din binibigay ang Philhealth mismo or sa employed member lang yun?

Kasi naka medical leave ako ngayon so voluntary muna until manganak. naguguluhan ako sa nababasa ko, sabi MDR, CF1 and receipts ng contributions daw ang kailangan kapag voluntary.
