Im on my 10th day now and stuck with 62 kg. from 65 kg. haiz sana naman may changes na soon. Btw today will be my period or tomorrow. Usually kasi di ba pag a week before ng period women gain weight. So I hope after my period tuloy tuloy na weight loss ko.

Questions:

1. Okay lang ba tuloy tuloy ang gamit nito? I mean after one bottle take agad ng second bottle till mareach yung desired weight or better mag stop muna kahit a week?

2. May nakapag drug test na ba sa inyo while taking this? kasi need ko na renew drivers license ko, natatakot ako na baka may drugs to.

bought mine yesterday sa magic potions in st. francis. im on my first day. wala akong nararamdamang kakaiba. hahaha. eto yung ibang nafifeel ko:

- inaantok ako. *inaantok naman ako lagi sa office*
- wala akong gana kanina. *hindi ko kasi trip ulam namin*
- bitter taste in my mouth.
- tuyo lalamunan ko.

... first day ko pa lang so wala pa akong masabi talagang concrete updates. will post updates again after a week.

^^ careful lang with the drug testing ha. You can't just re- take a drug test if you have tested positive. The lab is mandated to report positive drug test results and it is also stated in the form that you sign. Maybe you can stop intake of the pills for 1 week then have the drug test. By that time naman siguro the drug (kung meron man) would have been cleared from the body.

Just finished my menstruation today and ill finish my first bottle in 6 more days I think. From 65 kg im now 61 kg. I am planning to buy another bottle this Tuesday and since tapos na ang period ko, I'll combine it with lots of cardio and exercises. Well I am hoping before I finish this bottle I will at least hit 58 kg.

Talaga? As in wala? Grabe sis di mo lang anong relief ang binigay mo sa akin. Kasi worrying type pa naman ako. Yung tipong di nakakatulog. Now na sinabi mo yun, salamat sis. At least di na ako kakabahan for my drug test sa LTO for my driver license renewal. Di pa ako nagpadrug test, baka a week before my birthday this september ako paparenew kasi. Sino sa mga GT sis natin ang nagpa drug test na?

UPDATE: Yesterday was my last day of period, I was 61 kg and this morning I weigh in I am now 60 kg. I am also doing now Aerokaebo and will hit the gym tomorrow, thursday and friday with my hubby. so in between I'll do aerokaebo para mas mabilis yung effect sa akin.

Sibutramine has been banned in Europe. I am not sure if this has been banned in the Philippines but this thread http://www.femalenetwork.com/girltalk/index.php/topic,234591.0.html says it has been pulled out from Mercury Drug.

Sibutramine is not advised to be taken by those who have (or are prone to have) hihg blood pressure and heart problems. 

This may also be true for our slimming pills and drinks, not just Hokkaido, because the same ingredients  that make us lose weight are also the same ingredient that also cause high blood pressure and
palpitations.

Personally, Hokkaido is very effective. I lost 18 pounds with it  .

After ilang bottle sis. I'll be finishing my first bottle of hokkaido and I only lost 4 kg pa lang yata. I'll be finishing it i think 4 days from now. I wonder why other girls here lost 9 kg already after one bottle, and how come mine is so slow.
