^^ i think I lost majority of the 18 pounds in my first bottle but I continued on til the 3rd. I noticed that parang nag-plateau na sya while I was on my 2nd bottle but I still took it (kahit for maintenance lang).

Iba iba rin siguro ang response ng body natin  to the different slimming agents.  Maybe you can take a break from it and after a while start again para ma-jump start ulit yung weight loss.

I see. Well I still have 3 days left worth of pills though. Now I am gonna do it with exercise. Yung unang take ko kasi medyo di pa sanay body ko so parang di ko kaya mag gym. Pero yesterday since wala na rin akong period I did aerokaebo and later naman strength training combine with cardio with my hubby.

sis ganun talaga minsan. depende rin kasi sa activities ng tao hehe...tiyaga lang sissy.

Yah I think I was too lazy to move last two weeks since magkakaperiod ako. Tamad mode ako.

sis, hindi po pwede pagsabayin ang dalawa..baka magka severe palpitations ka at mag increase ang heart rate masama po yun...   one  at a time lang po,, if V12  yun muna ubusin tapos pag naubos na isang pack, hokkaido naman...  masama din po ang sobra..... sis yung japan hokkaido sobrang effective nun sis at sa iba mabilis effect sa kanila.....

ako naman haiz when I reach my 4th kl loss wala na, nag stop. I still have one day worth of pill.

I didn't buy the second bottle na. Plan ko ill do na lang yung bump and burn everyday and strength training thrice a week. and of course diet. Haiz grabe nafeel ko dito kasi, yung gusto ko magrest, di ako makapagpahinga lalo na if I want to take my afternoon nap.

So I've decided to continue na lang yung natural way of losing weight. natatakot rin ako sa pwedeng mangyari sa akin lalo na bata pa baby ko

on my 3rd week of taking the jap hok... and i lost 12lbs! may palpitations nga lang pero bearable naman.. regular poops.. and walang ganang kumain sa gabi.

after 12 days (24 capsules), i lost 8 pounds (from 132 to 124 pounds), 3 inches off my waist - no exercise in my part.

first 3 days is the adjustment period for me when i felt the the worst, parang lutang na feeling, meron nag throb sa may batok area, always trying to catch my breath, medyo masakit sa tummy,watery stool, kinda hyper also maybe because of increased palpitation.

then after that adjustment period, parang normal nalang, except medyo soft and watery parin yung stool. very effective as appetite suppressant ang japhok, coz i used to pig out a lot before making my tummy looked like i was 7 mos pregnant, i used to get seat passes on mrt coz of this, hihi.

Ako I stopped and didn't even bother taking the last day pills. Natakot na kasi ako lagi ako nanlalamig. And never ako nakatulog ng maayos. Plus wala halos nabawas sa akin na weight or inches. I think 1 inch lang yata sa waistline ko.
