i was worried too of gaining back what i lost before stopping pero it didn't naman in fairness. wala pa akong exercise and all, normal food intake. no diet whatsoever.. pero no weight gains. kaso nga lang, no weight loss lang talaga - since wala din naman akong exercise.. ako i suggest to gradually stop. ako ang ginawa ko is from 2 a day to one a day to one every other day for 2 weeks.. i am not sure if this was the right thing to do kasi ang naging concept ko here is not to abruptly stop it kasi the weight i lost might just come back in double. so far so good naman..

I am tempted to buy this however i tried several slimming pills already and all of them cause palpitation and there were times i felt i was about to faint. My hubby is calling me lechon already and I want to lose weight. Ive been doing gym thrice a week and nothing happened.

Right now I am drinking Vita Plus and I didn't gain any weight eventhough I pig out sometimes at night.

I want to ask you girls if its safe to take? Baka kasi may drugs sya and mag appear if I get my driving license this July 13. Wala ba tong drugs?

Well I bought one bottle at Magic Potion St. Francis yesterday. I really want to lose weight. After giving birth I ballooned from 120 lbs to 175 lbs. Then eventhough I do lots of gym, diet and weight loss massage, I am stuck with 141. And now I need to lose 31 lbs coz according to my nutritionist that's the ideal weight for me. I hope after taking this first bottle I'd lose at least 15 lbs. I am happy with positive reviews with you. Some lost 7 lbs agad in 3 days, sana ganun rin ang effect sa akin.

On my second week.

aside sa usual side effects (dry throat, thirsty, lack of appetite, slight palpitations,  orthostatic hypotension) parang pinipimple ako dito. Or baka kasi period ko lang. Normal naman period ko. Usually when I have my period it is accompanied by cramps, I didn't have any of that last week. Tsaka malakas usually period ko, two - three napkins for the first two or three days, mahina sya last week.

Sino dito pinimple dahil dito?

Lost 20lbs already with Hokkaido! I thought hopeless na ko but with Hokkaido ang saya i lost the extra weight i gained after my 4th child :-) i'm on my 5th bottle slowing down to 1caps per day. I couple it with exercise - Zumba 1-2x a wk. Sa kain i'm back to eating konting rice but more veggies na. I snack as well meaning i don't deprove myself anymore. Reasons na din why i stopped is because i have an existing uti problem and i dont want to risk my kidney or my liver. sakitin ako kasi.

sis effective pa rin ba ang 1 pill a day? ako kasi super babaw ng sleep ko and honestly para akong di rin nakatulog eventhough natutulog naman ako haha...

hi, im new here. ginagamit ko rin tong hokkaido ngayon, almost 2 weeks na rin, usually ang gamit kong pampayat nun is yung leisure 18 slimming coffee. yun talaga yung nagpapayat sakin nun, from 65 kilos to 45 kilos. kaso hindi na umeffect sakin yung coffee, so i switch to hokkaido. effective sya, may new packaging sya and wala namang side effect sakin seller rin ako nung leisure and hokkaido.

Im on my 10th day now and stuck with 62 kg. from 65 kg. haiz sana naman may changes na soon. Btw today will be my period or tomorrow. Usually kasi di ba pag a week before ng period women gain weight. So I hope after my period tuloy tuloy na weight loss ko.

Questions:
