waistline ko before 38in ngayon 34in na lang

pansin na rin ng iba na pumayat ako before kasi para akong 4months pregnant kasi laki ng tummy ko . ngayon ang liit liit na . halos flat na. yung mga shorts and pants ko before na hindi kasya nasusuot ko na ngayon

hindi ako nag-eexercise kasi super nakakatamad. nakakawala lang talaga ng gana sa pagkain. pero 3 times a day pa rin ako kumakain. hindi na rin ako umiinom ng juice, softdrinks at ice tea. as in tubig lang iniinom ko.

first few days ako nag-take ng jap hok grabe yung feeling nanghina ako tapos hindi ako makatulog sa gabi . pero ngayon normal na ulit lahat, besides sa parating uhaw at konting kain lang busog na busog na ko. minsan pinipilit ko pa rin dagdagan yung kain ko pero parang nasusuka naman ako.

i swear by this kasi i really lost pounds. madami na din nakakapansin that i shed some after one bottle, i stopped for a week then now i am on my second bottle pero instead of 2 caps a day, i take only one.. i think the effect is the same i accompany this with badminton though i don't limit my food intake. i just see to it that what i eat are healthy

I'm on my 3rd bottle. Halos lahat ng nakakakita sakin ay nagugulat dahil super laki daw ng pinayat ko. Kapag naghahanap ako ng isusuot doon na ako sa closet ng 12-year old daughter ko naghahanap. Im so happy with the results. Lahat ng hindi ko maisuot noon ay pwede na ngayon. Lumiit ang face, arms and legs ko at ang tummy ko flat na. Although hindi nawala yung loose skin ko na nakuha ko sa panganganak. Pero super satisfied pa din ako. Kaya last weekend I rewarded myself with a new wardrobe

2months before my wedding, I felt so hopeless na hindi na ako papayat.. then I browse this forum, seen some good feedbacks about jap hok. I bought 2 bottles of it online. Effective siya sa akin from 135lbs down to 123lbs (during my wedding last month). Ngayon I'm 118lbs na. once a day na lang ako kumakain ng heavy meal then puro snacks. Most of my snacks are chocolates pero di na talaga ako tumataba. Wala naman palpitation pero minsan para akong nakalutang kaya sabi sa akin ng hubby ko itigil na baka may drugs.. Then dinner ko mashed potato or corn soup busog na busog na ako.

Ngayon every other day ko na lang iniinom, unti unti ko na tatanggalin sa system ko eto jap hok. Pero sa lahat ng diet pills na iniinom ko eto pinaka effective sa akin!

Pede po ba uminom ng antibiotics while umiinom ng hokkaido?

^ di ako umiinom ng slimming pills. Pero I suggest tapusin mo muna yung antibiotics mo. Kasi we don't know what are the contents if these slimming pills. Puwedeng merong contraindication yan, either maging less effective yung antibiotic mo or it can cause serious harm. Some substances should not be taken simultaneously because they might cause fatal reaction.  Tapusin mo muna yung antibiotics, wag kang papalya, or else, magiging resistant yung bacteria and di na sya tatablan ng antibiotic na yan next time...

why is the slimming pill named Hokkaido?

My take on this slimming pill, it should not be taken. Any side effect or whatsoever will definitely be bad for you. Bad for your internal organs.

I don't know why people take this. It just saddens me that people prefer "instant" gratification from slimming pills rather than focus on nutrition based diet.

this is just my opinion, you may do as you wish with your body

Hi!  U have been using it for 2 days. Pang 3rd na sna ngayon. But i hesitate to continue it kasi d ako makatulog. For short 2 days na kong d natutulog. Sobrang insomnia inabot ko. Ganito din ba effect sa inyo? I was planning to use sleeping pills. Kaya lang ok lang ba na pagsabayin sila?
