May effect din ba to sa menstrual cycle? Also, can anyone confirm that this does not contain
amphetamine? Anyone using this undergone blood chemistry for Visa or driver's license?

This is very alarming, these pills are claiming that they are all natural... Di na natin alam ang totoong laman nyan, 200-300 pesos is too good to be true... I know that wala akong karapatang sabihan ang mga buyers dahil katawan nyo yan at pera nyo yan... Concern lang po ako... Have a great day everyone..

I'm on my fifth day of taking Japan Hokkaido. Bought it at Magic Potions at St. Francis Square.
Weight before I take Jap Hok 160lbs, yesterday nung nag-weigh ako 154lbs

Waistline before 38in, yesterday 36in

So far ito pa lang mga changes but I'm happy sana tuloy tuloy na.

Effects ng pills:
Dry lips.
Parating uhaw. (Nung first day ko nakaubos ako ng 4liters ng water)
Madali mabusog. (1/2 cup lang ng rice busog na ko)
Nakakawala ng gana kumain (Pero pinipilit ko pa rin kumain kasi sabi ni hubby baka manghina raw ako)
Medyo mahirap makatulog at night tapos pag gising sa umaga masakit ulo ko.

nasa company kasi ako na nagpapadala ng mga tao sa abroad
e ang concern ko lang e baka magtake ako nito

Bakit sakin parang di umeepek.

. Mauubos ko na yung isang bottle pero di visible yung pagpayat...

. I experienced the side effects like palpitations and lack of appetite. Pero... Hmm. Yung waistline ko, nabawasan lang ng 1 inch. Kung tutuusin mauubos ko na this week. Pero wala namang effect masyado sakin.

baka fake sis. sakin kasi in 2nd week halata na talaga na pumayat ako eh. saka nasusuot ko na yung mga dating damit ko na di ko masuot. saka yung mga pants ko nung mataba pa ako eh ngayon nahuhubo na sakin.

This is actually effective, although some danger can occur.

Not to scare you gurls, a friend took almost a bottle of this pill and when she got her period, she bled excessively. The doc told her that some cases have been reported and those women took slimming pills/tea etc.

The pills will obviously change your hormone levels and lucky are those women who did not encounter such thing.

Just trying to inform you gurls. Take care of your health.

I too stopped taking it when I was feeling really awful everytime.

Update:

I'm on my 2nd Day na of taking JapHok. Yesterday, after ko mag-take and mag-breakfast, ang weird ng feeling. Para akong irritable na ewan. Hindi ko naman ma-feel na dry 'yong throat ko pero lagi talaga ako nauuhaw as in. Bago nga ako matulog last night, uminom pa ako ng almost 1 bottle ng water. Nothing unusual sa sleeping habit ko kasi pagod ako talaga. Sa pagkain, hindi na ako nakakaramdam ng gutom. Pero I see to it na kumakain pa rin ako. No exercise pa. Wala pa yata ako nalolose, pero it's okay. 2nd day pa lang naman. Haha. Will update ulit next time

i'm planning to buy jap hok tom. before slimina gamit ko pero walang effect. ilang days ba dapat ang pagitan bago uminom ng panibagong pill? 3 days na aksi ako di umiinom ng slimina. sana maging effective sakin ang jap hok.
