I'm done taking the pills, just 1 box. So far no rebound effect. Still no OA cravings LoL it also helped that I limit myself to only 1 cup of rice per day. I find this more effective than PM ♥

Got no OA cravings too. I could eat just right, well I eat anything that I want. Hindi rin ako nahihilo or whatsoever. Uhaw lang talaga siguro plus it's summer so I really expect myself to drink liquids.

it should be taken in the morning as per their instructions; i'm done with my two bottles and still thinking to continue for 1 bottle coz i still need to lose at least 10 lbs. but just like after my 1st bottle, rest muna ako while waiting for my period. tinatamad pa din kasi akong magjogging or bumalik sa gym otherwise, no need for me to get another bottle.

Hay gusto ko na itong itigil  Nagkakaroon ako ng cystic pimples all over na dati naman eh hindi and matagal pang matuyo. I think yun ang side effect sa akin. Naranasan nyo din ba ito? I'd rather have a clear skin somehow than be sexy. Hay sadness hindi hiyang sa akin. I'm on my 2nd bottle na.

Hindi ko alam kung anong mall yun. 1st time ko kasi mag-isa sa dv. Nalimutan ko yung name ng mismong binilhan ko. Sorry. Pero nasa ground floor lang siya sa labas. Malapit sa sakayan papuntang Malanday. Malapit siya sa Good Health na store. Nagtanong ako sa Good Health, 180 benta nila. Tapos dun sa binilhan ko, mga 2 stores away from Good Health, 100 ko nabili. Madyo nag-alangan nga ako kasi parang ang mura ata. Baka sale?  . Pero chineck ko naman. Based dun sa pictures na pinost ng isang sis para malaman na authentic. Muka namang authentic yung nabili ko. 

2nd day ko ngayon. So far di ko pa nararansan yung mga ineexpect ko like dry skin, change in poop at di makatulog. Di pa siguro natalab.  . Pero napansin ko naman na wala ng cravings. . Di ako masyado nagugutom. Di gaya dati na laging may snacks.

hindi naman ako nagkapimples or naghirap huminga although nung mga first three days medyo parang may konting palpitations but tolerable at kailangan lang uminom ng marami tubig and do breathing exercise, pero after that ok naman...got my period now, so i'm still thinking if i'm going to get my 3rd bottle or just do the cucumber/egg diet, just need to lose the last 10 pounds kasi.

imusing jap hokkaido now.  2nd day ko na and so far, eto yung mga nafefeel ko:
1. lagi akong uhaw
2. lagi akong antok -- eto yata yung sinasabi nialng "lutang" na feeling?  pero as, lagi talaga akong inaantok.
3. parang laging pagod
4. natatamad kumain
5. pag kumain naman, walang masarap na food for me so i tend to eat less
6. ang bilis ko mainitan...pero sigurp dahil mainit din talaga ang panahon ngayon/

sana maging effective ito.
