2 weeks na ako from taking jap hok pills and so far, i lost 5 kilos na, not sure if base on this pill alone or kase when i started this, i also abstain from eating meat and did the level 1 of 30-day workout paminsan-minsan. so what i notice, minutes after breakfast nagpopoo na agad ako. from 156, i'm down to 143 lbs  and once na mareach ko ang target ko least 130 lbs, stop na ako and just continue my workout and no rice/no meat diet intake.

Ako din, I started taking this last Sunday.  Bought mine in 168 at P150.00.  So far, nagugutom pa din ako hehe though madali na ko mabusong.  Dry din lips but not like ng umiinom ako ng Fashion Coffee.  Iba din panlasa ko, medyo mapait   My poops naman, siguro mga nakaka-2x a day ako and soft sya (sorry kung gross hahaha). Nag-eexercise ba kayo mga sis? Kasi ako most of the time naka-upo lang in front of the pc. I go downstairs at least every hour. Exercise at least 1 hour. Effective kaya kahit ganito [textspeak!] lifestyle?

I'm taking it now. It does make me poop but that's only if I ate a lot. Even if it doesn't suppress my appetite I find it easy to stop eating when I'm full which was my problem & I only eat when I'm hungry, so I assume it lessened my cravings.
I'm not having a hard time sleeping but I get less sleep, fortunately I don't feel groggy when I wake up, I get sleepy later in the day though.
Before this, I took Pretty Model which is also effective, rested for a month & then realized that my arms are getting bigger again >.< tried this & I'm not sure if it's just me but I find it more effective than PM in terms of losing arm fat.

mga sis alam niyo kung pano madali malalaman kung authentic? may blue sticker kasi yun sa harap, basain niyo yun.. kapag yung word na "Original" ay naging red, authentic yun.. magiging pink ulit yun pag natuyo.. pero pag binasa niyo yung blue sticker at hindi naging red yung word na "Original", fake yun mga sis..

ako kasi 30mins after ko uminom ng japan hokkaido saka lang ako kumain ng breakafst.
