^ as i know, around P30K/month, as INITAL you can able to survive. this already includes the airfare, food, pasyal and accommodation.

ang prob lang is 5 days lang yung ticket namin pero magsstay kami ng 1 month para maghanap ng work.. hindi ba kami hahanapan ng return flight if nagkataon..

yung RT nyo lang ipapakita sa PH at SG IO. Once ok kayo sa SG IO, 30 days ibibigay. Di na kayo hahanapan ng RT pa once nakapasok na. Sana makahanap kayo in a month time. May extension naman 30 days pero subject to approval nga lang.. And kung di man kayo nakahanap, bili na lang ng ticket pauwi (since forfeited na yung 5 days RT nyo).

questions for our sisters in SG:

I was recently offered a position in SG, and I'm on the brink of accepting it na. Monthly salary is SGD 4500, SGD 2000 relocation bonus + they will reimburse my MNL to SG plane fare. They will also be the one to apply/arrange for my EPass.

Is this a good offer already? Around how much should I budget for monthly rent/transportation/food? Here's what I have in mind so far:
Rent (room share): SGD 1000 max
Food: SGD 600
Transpo: SGD 200 (Mostly train/bus)
Utilities: SGD 100

Any comments mga sis? TIA!

sis if you are earning more than that in the philippines then think carefully. pero if the offer is more then go.

living expenses has been discuss several times sa earlier threads but to give you an idea. modest living would cost you:

rent: 300 - 400sgd (mataas na yung 400 if shared)
food: 300 sgd (unless you plan to eat at fast foods/restos every meal) then it will be around 600 nga
transpo: 100 sgd mostly train or bus depends on how far you live from work and how many rides you'll take
cel load: 100 unless you have a lot of overseas calls
toiletries/utilities: 200 sgd

ang pinaka mahal dito ang rent

Actually, bloated talaga yung budget for food, i used mcdonald's ave. meal prices and multiplied by 3 then by 30 kaya 600.
