ang alam ko nga hindi ok ang beach dito, especially kung nakapagbeach ka na satin.  marecommend ko sana wild wild wet na parang 8 waves lang.

yes sis natuloy kami. sa Palawan beach kami naligo. In fairness, ok naman din. or mahilig lang talaga ako sa beach?  pwede na.
kala ko din super panget pero ok din naman. well, wala talaga siyang laban sa beaches na napuntahan ko sa Pinas, the best pa rin sa atin.

ang beach sa Lemery Batangas! hehe

Mga nami-meet kong pinoy doctors dito eh sa ER ng KK hospital. Mahihirapan ka sa tingin ko humanap ng pinoy GP dito. Mabuting patungin ka na sa mga GP clinics dito. Kami ng family ko we go to GPs as well here na Singaporeans ang doctor.

just recently discovered groupons... may SGD 10 for SGD 20 worth of food, drinks and desserts at Swensen's!

hi mga sis,  is it possible kaya na ang isang permanent resident dito sa singapore, pwede mag apply ng tourist visa papunta US? then may isasama siya or dependent niya, pero hindi pa permanent resident dito sa SG, tourist lang sa sg? bale yung dependent niya na tourist sa SG may invitation from her auntie sa US. hope someone will reply. thanks in advance.

^malabo ata yan sis. a friend of mine was asked to apply in RP when she tried applying for a US visa. note that he just relocated here in sg that time and that must be the reason why naquestion rin ang intention nya kumuha ng visa kasi yung isang friend ko naman nakakuha ng visa but she's been here for 2 years na.

thank you so much sis for the reply. buti naman, hindi naman sa ayaw ko makakuha yung friend ko ng tourist visa papunta US, pero maling mali naman talaga yun na gamitin niya ang singapore, para lang siyang nag country hopping, e tourist nga lang siya sa singapore. ako pa naging masama sa kanya na diniscourage ko daw siya, pero common sense diba, parang imposible talaga. matalino naman siguro US embassy sa singapore.

^exactly sis. di cya based dito so i think using that as a basis alone is a giveaway already kung ano ang sasabihin ng consul sa kanya madali lang magapply dito. however, kailangan may proof ka talaga na nagtagal or magtatagal ka dito as an expat i.e. you've been working for atleast 1-2 yrs OR PR ka na

^i totally agree sis. ewan ko ba sa friend ko na yun, parang di nag iisip. instead of looking for job sa SG, naisip pa niya or mas priority niya kumuha kaagad ng tourist visa papunta US parang waste of time and money lang. tsktsk

hi sis, add lang ako sa mga replies nila.. While it is true na mas madali (relatively) mag acquire ng US visa here than in the PH, hindi pa rin ganun kadali yung process and their are a lot of factors to consider pa din... My friend who's a nurse at KKH was just granted a US visa here after her 7 years of being a PR.. She actually applied for the visa years back when she was about 1year PR here.. she was denied saying that she must apply in the PH.. She had all the documents (with all the invitation and all) and money needed for the application yet she was denied.. I mean, they say its a case to case basis pero we can still learn from past experiences

Hi sis, i'm not really sure how much yung "average" but I must say its a minimum of $2000 SGD per month.. One of my Uncle (SPass holder) is an engineer at a construction firm earning $2100 per month... pero ako (PR), fresh graduate of engineering (sa pinas ako grad), took up an IT position in a company earns the same.. my Other uncle, (also graduate ng Eng sa Pinas) is now earning around $8,000 per month coz he has been in the company for around 15 years already..

I believe IT professionals (foreigners) are given EPass which means above $2,500 per month ang salary nila..

^thanks sis, it is helpful. may friend ako na gustong magpunta dyan to look for a job. he's earning around 35k dito sa pinas, so he wants to try nga sana dyan sa SG. he's just thinking about the cost of living there. pero backreading mukhang ok pa rin naman yung take home if ever. thanks a lot.
