mga sis, interested ako pumunta sa Kalanggaman. Kaso alin ba ang pinaka-convenient na route? thru Tacloban ba talaga or thru Cebu? para kasing may nabasa ko na pwede rin sa Cebu. pero ang gusto ko sana kung alin yung mas maikling travel time... could somebody please enlighten me? thanks!

^ pwede nga na from cebu sis meimei. kasi when we were in malapascua and nakikipagkwentuhan with the bangkero sabi nya pwede daw mga 4-5hrs yata if i remember correctly. yung by tacloban na sinasabi mo by boat din ba yan? kasi ang ginawa namin jump-off point palompon. from tacloban mag-van pa to palompon 2hrs yata. then bangka to kalanggaman less than an hour.

^thanks, sis. when i meant "from Tacloban", i meant na as opposed to coming from Cebu, not really directly Tacloban-Kalanggaman. So if we would be coming from Tacloban, probably nga yung route na dadaan sa Palompon going to Kalanggaman.

anybody else knows kung alin mas maikli ang travel time to Kalanggaman? and exactly what route that is? kasi yung flight na ibo-book if Manila-Tacloban or Manila-Cebu would depend kung from which point ba pinaka-mabilis makarating sa Kalanggaman. thanks!

I booked WELCOME HOME PENSIONE a few days before. Ok din ang roon dun. P800 for a room for 2-4. Clean, very good location and may wi-fi!

Hi sis, do you have contact no of this accommodation? Preferably their mobile no? Landline lang kasi ang nasa net. Im trying to check other options aside from Rosvenil and GV Hotel.

Will be here next week, Sept 18-20 to be exact. So far eto yung tentative iti namin ng kaibigan ko

Day 1 - Arrival
            Tacloban City Tour
                   McArthur Landing
                   Sto. Nino Shrine & Museum
                   Leyte Capitol

Day 2 - Travel to Samar
                   Jagnaye Beach in Salcedo
                   Guian Church
             Travel back to Tacloban
                    Southern Leyte - Agas Agas Bridge

Day 3 - Morning trip to San Juanico Bridge

For the accommodation, I have not made any booking yet. Will try Welcome Home Pensione, Rosvenil or even GV Hotel..

For the food, will try to eat at Ocho's Grill, Stephanie's, Dahil Sa Iyo, Rafael's Farm and even try Jose Karlo's Cafe and at their McDonald's by the sea. Siyempre will definitely try Moron & Binagol.

hi sis, from the airport you can ride the jeep going to downtown. Pwedeng sa Duptours or Van-vans terminal ka magpababa. you can ride vans going to Borongan.

It's not possible sis pag 2 nights lang, sa travel time palang d kaya na. Either you choose Biri or Kalanggaman.

mga sis try nyo rin mag Sohoton Natural Bridge and yung mga caves....ang ganda promise  actually Samar na pala to, pero lapit lang kase from Tacloban

we're here in tacloban now. galing kami biliran. i must say worth it ang trip! ang dami pwede gawin sa biliran! ang ganda ng snorkeling site buhay at ang lalaki ng corals. sa tacloban naman ang sarap ng food. babalik km!
