mga sis basta ako ang niloolook forward ko dito ay ang pagcross ng san juanico bridge, mac arthur park at beach at seafood. yun lang... ok din ang rafael farm. research muna!

^i think less that 15-30mins is the travel time.fare around 10-15.not sure lang.

mga sis baka may contacts kayo ng nagto-tour around tacloban and south leyte. wala na kase yung icot-icot tour eh. private na, medyo expensive kung kaunti lang kayo. TIA

Hi mga sis! Ito ang gala namin this long weekend ng barkada ko, I'm from Baybay,Leyte pero sa Manila na ko lumaki though elem and high school yearly kami umuuwi. Pero ngayon lang talaga ako magtou-tour.

Ito yung ginawa kong itinerary, puro commute lang yan well except for the Tacloban-Palo city tour(may nakita akong blog na nag-rent sila ng trike)

Day 1 - earliest flight (Manila-Tacloban)
Sohoton Natural Bridge (Basey, Samar) & Tacloban City + San Juanico Bridge + Mac Arthur landing, Leyte (sana magkasya in a day)

Day 2 - zipline at Agas-Agas, Sogod, Southern Leyte & tambay at gala sa Leyte State University

Day 3 - Fiesta sa min

Baybay, Leyte

Day 4 - Quatro Islas - Inopacan, Leyte (swimming)

Day 5 - flight back to Manila

Hopefully ma-achieve namin ito para makapag-share din ako sa future

mga sis, grabe may new discovery ako! i just saw pictures of kalanggaman island. it is 2 hours away from tacloban/ 30 minutes away from ormoc. grabe, super nice! virgin ang island. I will definitely go there in march. right now, im doing my research and mukhang from the airport (ETA 6:20 p.m. arrival), derecho kaming ormoc to check in tapos early morning punta sa palompon.

omg sis saw the pics of kalanggaman and super nice nga! kaso from tacloban daw it's mga 2 hours pa. eh from catbalogan (where the wedding i am attending to is), it's 2 hours na to tacloban. naku medyo malabo yata ito for this travel. pero i wanna go one time! perhaps ok din pag galing cebu

I came across this island while doing the research in Leyte/Tacloban. May initial plan was to go here kaso walang accomodation sa Kalanggaman, so day trip lang siguro pwede then stay na lang sa resort in Palompon. I opted to go south of Leyte na lang, mas malayo sya pero mas maraming choice for beach.

konting trivia lang. nabasa ko pala kanina, yung kalanggaman island pala ay dati inaangkin ng owner ng Legacy banks (yung controversial) pero ipinaglaban ito ng municipality ng Palompon kaya nabalik sa kanila. perhaps it's the reason why hindi natuloy yung sinasabing dapat gagawin syang private beach resort

I think safe sya sis. Naglakad-lakad kami nung gabi papuntang Ocho grill ok naman. Pansin ko rin mababait tao sa Tacloban walang nanloko sa amin dun kahit sa fare ng mga padyak and trike. Don't forget to eat at Ocho Grill super enjoy ako dito gusto kong balik-balikan. Ang sarap ng luto nila at ang mura. Try nyo baked scallops
