SINGAPORE, BANGKOK, HONGKONG?

Hope you can give us the best time/month to travel to these cities. Plus, if you can only choose one among the 3, where would you go and why?

I second this, us naman we're choosing between Hongkong or SG our case is BF and I are both first time on the said countires, is it advisable to familiarize our self first before tagging along some kids or kaya na kahit 1st time namin lahat?

depende kung ano hilig ninyo sis, though my first choice is always Hongkong! hehe

Hongkong best Nov - Feb for me kasi malamig ang weather and it does not get that cold in the Philippines. plus if you are tagging kids along - Disney is the best! hehe Actually kahit kami ng sis ko na mga 20+ na when we went there enjoy na enjoy pa rin sa Disney. Still want to go back! 

But if you want thrill rides then SG siguro for the USS. Weather here is the same sa Pinas. Mainit at you would never know if it's going to rain. Minsan sa umaga super maaraw tapos biglang buhos ng ulan around 4.

It's easy to go around both places since their transportation system is really good.

Food, mas mahal mcdo sa SG than HK as far as I can remember.

Bangkok still have to go there myself, hehe

Hongkong...  this will always be my first choice... Good food, good weather...

Singapore, namamahalan kasi ako eh, so parang napapa isip ako...

Bangkok, parang pinas lang, puro shopping, di pa din kasi ako nakakapunta sa mga ibang place, pero mainit, as in...

For first timers, I definitely recommend Hong Kong. Best month is October - neither hot nor cold. tama lang

Singapore and Thailand - best time to go is summer or Jan-Feb.

Cheapest among the 3 is Thailand.

my first trip was hongkong. then sg...twice ko nang pinupuntahan yung 2 countries na ito...bangkok, this year ko palang mata-try...

hongkong is ok...mas mura compared mo sa sg...in all aspects...

kaso lang foggy ang hk...maraming manloloko kaysa sa sg..:-)

Thanks mga sis for the inputs HK muna siguro kaya it's our first time to go there we should familiarize ourself muna siguro before magsama ng iba, doble gastos

if its you're first time to vacay abroad, much better not to visit SG muna, gain chops from other countries muna before going to SG dahil super higpit ng mga Immigration Officers on pinoys going to SG. malaki chance na ma-offload mga pinoys with clean passport, meaning haven't been to any countries, much better talaga if you'll go muna to HK and i would recommend talaga HK over SG (as i haven't been to TH). =)

super cheap sa HK ang lahat especially shopping! kaya be sure madami kayong datung! hehe! though bear in mind that u r only allowed to bring max of 10k per currency when going abroad. so dala na lang kau cc if ever.

HKG ako ! kasi nandun ang Disneyland kung gusto mo malamig na weather Dec-Feb keri pa mag boots and skirt dito di ka "others"

SG is more child friendly compared sa HK daw.

BKK - *mute!* di pa ako nakakarating dyan e hehe

^IMO mas child-friendly ang hk sis dahil sa disneyland, wax museum & ocean park, sa SG kasi more on shopping lang & zoo.

my top choice will always be hk ang dami kasi puwedeng pasyalan eh. ang sarap magshopping and super love ko ang disney plus convenient pa ang pagtravel sg naman ok rin super linis and super safe tlaga kaya lang mas mahal lahat eh. food, hotel, shopping lahat mahal compared to hk. bangkok naman several times ko na sana gusto puntahan kaya lang super init daw eh and parang pinas lang daw ang dumi and traffic rin. pero sana matry ko rin siya in the future. but this year, sg and hk-macau muna ulit ang destinations namin

^^ talaga? eh di that's good. lahat kasi ng nakausap ko, mas stroller friendly daw sa SG kesa sa HK. yung theme parks dapat talaga child/stroller friendly yan.

mas child friendly yata ang sg, kaysa hk...maraming tao kasi sa hk eh...parang divisoria siya na malamig...LOL...

marami din naman mapupuntahan sa sg na mga pang-bata...especially now na may universal studio...

and yes, thailand is super init daw and super madumi...that's according to my student na pumunta dun...

sa mga students ko, mas gusto daw nila ang sg, kasi malinis and safe...although yun lang nga talaga mahal...

if you are a first time traveller abroad, yup, i suggest na hk muna bago kung san man..so mahigpit pala ngayon ang IO ng papuntang sg? hmm, last time i went to sg kasi was 2008, pero galing kami ng malaysia. first time, i went there 2004, mahigpit na talaga ang mga immigration officer dito pa lang sa manila, pero i guess, kung lagi ka naman nagta-travel eh, the usual questions na lang ang tinatanong...basta, ang advice ko lang, act like you know what you are doing, and dress smart...:-)

yap sis may ganyang factor kaya if more than 10k in peso ang dala mo, make sure to change in other currency ang excess kasi pag nalaman ng IO na more than 10k in peso dala mo subject for tax (not sure with the term of the payment).

sa 3 yan mas pinaka enjoy ang HK (been here 3x already ...kahit paulit-ulit hndi nakakasawa...kasi mas maraming pwedeng puntahan at mas masarap mag shopping weeee...

2nd choice will be SG... maganda den ang SG iba naman ang offer niya sosyalan kaso kailangan ng big budget kasi xP33 sila

Bangkok, last went here nung 2nd H.S. ako...na alala ko lang ata dito floating market, temples and yung parang park nila na meron nag sshow ng elephants...di ako gaano nag enjoy...pero i guess pag tumatanda na tayo mas nakaka-appreciate na tayo ng mga bagay 2x...

basta given a change, y not try them all sis, kahit one at a time basta meron promo ang mga airlines hehe
