Are you happy with your salary?

I'm happy naman with my salary. Pero i'm planning to find a new job in January (after bonus hehe).

No, hindi man lang kami nagtatataas walang benefits and I really hate my job and my boss. Nagttyaga na lang ako dahil wala ako malipatan.. 1year nako naghahanap pero wala.. I feel so depressed

Now I am very happy with my salary. Kakalipat ko lang ng work. Hindi naman ganun kalaki yun salary ko but its more than enough for my needs. Siguro pag nag-family na dun na ulit ako hindi magiging happy sa salary.

Salary was never an issue. Pero now, Im stressed with my co-workers and the environment. I am starting to look for a new job and hopefully I'll find the right one for me.

with just the basic keri naman.. pero pag may incentives un super saya kasi may extra and savings ako ..  pero since magbabayad ako ng amortization, feeling ko ang hirap mejo need ng extra income or matututo ulit akong super tipid..  mahal ko naman un work ko and the company.. pero sana lagi akong bless sa incetives lately nahihirapan akong makakuha.. nalungkot naman ako,. pero at least may work ako ..

Before yes, pero ngayon since 2 na kids ko kinukulang na talaga. Nagaaral na din yung eldest ko plus yung mga loan pa. Mahirap. I am searching for either an extra part time job or another new job with higher salary, Yun nga lang sana morning shift din kase ayoko ng bumalik sa graveyard

ok naman ang sahod lalo na for my line of work, pero hindi ko mapagkasya kasi marami ang financially dependent sa akin.

Yes, the only setback is I might have reached the ceiling for my pay grade level.
But it's ok,  wala ng pinag-aaral, both kids have graduated from college na.

Sa current company ko, yes. Okay naman ang pay/benefits.

Happy na kahit di ako degree holder, okay ang nakuha kong work dito at well paid naman.

Sa previous company ko, maliit ang bigay, kaya hanap na ng work agad. Ayun, after 2 years, nabiyayahan naman ako ng okay at mas maayos. Btw, nasa UAE ako.

hindi! mas malaki pa salary ko doon sa first job ko.

ayoko na talaga. i'm quitting. kahit passion ko to, magugutom naman ako in the long run. nanghihingi pa rin ako hanggang ngayon sa parents ko

Happy sana kasi almost double na yung salary ko compared sa previous company ko. Sad kasi kinakain lang ng tax ko yung na increase ko sa new work ko.

I'm happy now kasi nag-increase na pero nag-increase din ang gastos at ang laki ng tax ko kaya nakakalungkot..

Ako, hindi. magreresign na sana ako pero nagoffer ng promotion and salary increase. ayon. dito pa din ako. kasi magaaral ulit ako so ayoko na magadjust to a new environment. baka mahirapan ako. Maybe this is the will of God so I can still continue my study.

happy naman. pero sana tumaas pa. ang laki kasi ng withholding tax. okay ang salary pero ang konti kasi ng perks. my boss promised that I will be promoted in a few months' time once na magqualify na ako sa number of years of experience. also hoping na mapatupad na yung planned salary increase para sabay promote, sabay increase ng salary pa...

yes pero ngayon kasi nakakalungkot lang, wala pa ko naiipon dahil lahat pambayad muna sa utang, then i am also supporting my family back home.  once everything is settled, good na good na, hehe

sana nga lang me increase this year or incentive.  nothing was received last year e.
