Nakakuha kami ng pwesto sa foodcourt ng Harrisson Plaza. Yes, buhay pa pala sya hehe. Franchise namin is Dimsum Noodles and target to open ng July 8. Question lang mga sisses, for you who opened a franchise business, ano ang usual nyo ginagawa on the day of opening? Kumbaga may opening ceremonies ba kayo especially pag nasa foodcourt ang pwesto at limited lang ang space? Ano dapat paghandaan? Please let me know. Pasensya na first time kasi kaya I?m getting all the advises I can hehe. Salamat po;)

meron akong business, may 2 branches na sya. isa sa san pedro and isa sa alabang. then may 3rd branch, pero ang may ari yung anak ng business partner ko. He paid minimal "franchising fee" then sa amin kumukuha ng stocks. dahil bata pa sila, assist din kami sa operations nila.

so naisip namin, ready na kami to franchise our business. we attended the expo last week and attended francorp seminar. we asked how much basic package if assist nila kami na mapa franchise yung business namin. grabe, aabutin ng 800k! But they are very credible and well-known developer. so nakakatempt.

milktea/lemonade and takoyaki. meron na kaming market and ok naman ang kita. ang concern ko now is we dont know how to start franchising.

sinisimulan na namin yung operations manual namin and yung mga legal docs. but how to price my brand/business talaga ang concern ko. and if kaya ko yung after sales support in case mahirapan si franchisee. yun yung need ko malaman kay francorp. pero hello naman. ang hirap mag raise ng 800k

For those na may foodcart franchise dito like Siomai House amounting to 250k-350K, ilang years kaya makukuha ROI? may 5 years din kaya or sobra sobra na yun. And around how much kaya sales sa isang araw pag sa mall location ng cart.

I'm interested na magfranchise kaso ofw ako, may business partner ako na nasa pinas kaso hindi ko alam kun isang tao kaya na ba magmanage. May napagtanungan ako yun inventory and sales pede naman daw isend yun screenshot thru phone so kun ganun kaya naman imonitor kahit ofw siguro then may isa naman na taga-tingin sa cart na based sa pinas. Pero ewan ko kun feasible ba kun ofw ka.

if mag-franchise ka then you'll be renting the commercial space, ano ang dapat maconfirm muna : yung franchise tapos naka-hang lang muna si commercial space? Kasi ang hirap mapasubo sa rental ng space tapos di pala maaapprove yung franchise application mo.

Im into franchising. So far, I have two franchised kiosks na sa mga malls and opening another one this month or next. Ok ang kita lalo na pag may name ang franchise business mo. Im a newbie rin ha, I just started a year ago and this has become my bread and butter na.

Actually, question ko din ito. I submitted an application to Turks but ang tagal ng response nila, yung kausap ko sa pwesto gave it to someone else. This is actually the part that I need to understand. And most rental spaces, especially those in high traffic areas have contracts and require down payment agad.

Hi sis! ask ko lang saan mall nakalagay yung mga kiosk mo?? how much ang rent. plan ko rin kase maglagay sa SM. wala lang ako idea how much ang rent sa kanila..

I decided to just invent my own business but the issue is the rentals. grabe ang rentahan ng mga malls talaga. and then they're skeptical pa of the business model, unlike franchises that they prefer. E yung franchise dati nag umpisa rin anman sa wala di ba? Anyway, I'm still scouting for a mall or even a strip mall stall.
