We went to Franchise Expo in SMX few weeks ago, caught my attentions were Potato Corner and Waffle time. Eto yung click sa masa, and no royalty fees. Mababa din ang franchise fee, and renewal. Must find a good location lang.

Anybody po who knows how to contact or franchise Moshi Manju Korean Cakes? Tasted this last weekend and it really taste good plus very affordable. I want to put stall here in our Province. Thanks a lot!

Done back reading at wala talaga masyadong info regarding Siomai House franchise.

We're starting our own next year and our target is to open by the first quarter of 2018. Since we're in overseas, yung friend namin ang magma-manage for us. We're already in contact with Bernabest yung company na under ang Siomai House and our friend will attend their pre-franchising seminar this Saturday.

Ang alam pa lang namin na general info is the 250k franchise fee for a 3-yr period, foodcart, equipment and free delivery. Wala rin silang set up fee and royalty fee.

Will post our progress here mga sis. Praying that everything will work out fine kasi this is one of our business goals talaga

Hi, I am planning to put up a Potato Corner stall. Does anyone know someone from the leasing department of the leading malls and groceries (SM,Robinsons, Puregold) etc.? If you happen to know the leasing requirements and procedures I would appreciate if you'll share the details. Thank you very much!!!

^ We already inquired before sa Southwoods Mall operated by Mega World Corp. As expected, mahal ang rental fee kahit na stall lang, P1500/day so 45k a month siya. We're waiting for Robinson's reply regarding our inquiry. Post ko dito once nalaman namin kung magkano at ano yung mga requirements nila.

Sis interested ako, akala ko nasa 500k si Siomai House, glad to know mas mababa pala than expected. How about yung staff and yung mismong product?

It's safe to say na around 350k yung dapat na naka ready na money sa umpisa including all the government fees, stall rent, product, staff wages, etc. For the staff, they can assist free of charge for the initial store pero for succeeding employees may bayad na then yung inventory excluded pa siya sa franchise fee.

Based sa seminar nila, ROI differs for every franchisee but the standard is around 6-12 months. Ang importante talaga is makahanap ng magandang location na matao. Kahit anong business naman eto yung malaking factor kung magiging successful or hinde.

Good thing we already found one and this weekend na yung meeting namin with the owner Ang nahanap na location nung friend ng bf ko is along the highway tapat mismo ng school, katabi namin mga banks and construction office then may malapit din na residential area. Okay din yung monthly rent niya kaya thank God talaga.

^good to know, I talked to mg BFFS cousin, may franchise din sya ng Siomai House and Noodle House ata yon, aside from that meron sya 2 pa na di masyado sikat and non food merchandise, according to her mas malakas kita nya sa mga abubot, nasa maliit na mall naman sya sa Cavite naka pwesto, unfortunately nakahiwalay yung Siomai House and Noodle House nya so kailangan nya igive up both, di na daw kasi nya kaya. She offered me to take over, 150k nya sakin ibibigay, but as we discussed everything, mahihirapan talaga kami ng Husband ko kung wala kami mismo don.  Good for you meron maghahandle. Good luck Sis, sa school and sa may basketball court sana plano namin ipwesto, but I guess hinde na muna ngayon.

^ Yes sis kailangan kasi kung hindi hands on eh meron talagang person in charge na maghandle ng business para mamonitor at hindi mapabayaan.

We're going forward with the location na nakita ng friend namin. Sa monday na yung finalization ng payment and contract signing. After this, magpapasa na kami ng requirements sa Bernabest para macheck nila yung location. Hopefully by January 2018 yung maging opening ng first Siomai House franchise namin

So ang process for most franchise is, rent/lease contract dun sa proposed location then saka pa lang, aactionan ng proposed franchise business? Pano kung di ma approve or magtagal yung process? Sayang naman ang rent dun sa proposed site.

@Gaysha Required kasi sa inital documents ng Bernabest yung proposed location. So yung samen, pumayag yung landlord na February 2018 pa start ng contract then security deposit lang muna ibibigay namin which is refundable up to a certain date. Naintindihan naman niya na kailangan pa namin hintayin yung verdict ng Siomai House.

So it's up to you sis kung paano niyo gagawin if may nakita na kayong location. Gusto lang din kasi namin masigurado na samen na nakareserve yung commercial space.

@miss taken wow ang swerte mo naman sis buti may location na kayo? kasi ako tagal ko na naghahanap wala ako makita. paano nakahanap ng location yung friend niyo? though kasi OFW ako so online lang ako naghahanap and then for a few days nung christmas vacation.

kailangan talaga hands on eh, gusto ko din yung Siomai House kasi gusto ko talaga yung product nila sana makahanap na din ako ng Location.
