Update: nagpeel ang legs ko but the tca burn is still there :/ hindi ba pwede ang keloid former pag tca peel??

^ How did you get burned with tca?  I don't think there is a connection with keloid and chemical peel.

I did the TCA protocol that I learned from my derma from Asian hospital again but I burnt my nape because the person I asked to help me didn't squeeze the gauze and now I've got dark burnt skin that will likely peel and I'm praying that it wouldn't get darker. I'm just keeping it moist now then after my whole body peels I'll follow it up with kligmans cream/4in1 cream to evenout my skintone.

Hi, nagpeel na yung burnt part but ofcourse I let it peel on its own the the dangling skin I cut with small scissors para hindi nya ma pull yung part na naka-attach pa at di pa magaling. Whiter yung skin na nareveal though nilagyan ko agad ng kligmans cream para hindi mamula at mangitim. I used tca 25% so the burn isn't that deep yun nga lang it shouldn't have happened stupid me!!!

Nung nag start ako tca peel feeling ko mas naging sensitive skin ko? Yung nagkakapimples ako at clogged poresdun sa skin na walang pimples dati. Kaya hayun balik diamond peel ako. Di ko alam alam anong post care for tca peel eh

I've had several TCA peels done by a derma back when I was still living in the Philippines because I really love the effect! 20% strength and I think I'd get it done every 6 months... grabe nga ang peeling and 1 week, I don't go out of the house talaga. And I really had to take care of my skin during this time. Pero ganda ganda ng effect nya talaga - pores are smaller and skin became brighter.

Ngayon, I still do peels at home but only lactic (50%) and glycolic (30% and 40%) acid... I used to DIY TCA peeling but I only went up to 20%. I'm not game enough to go any higher. I'll buy another TCA peeling kit soon but I'm still thinking if I should go 13%, 15% or 20%

^ sis, I also want to try DIY TCA for elbows and knees. Gumamit kasi ako dati GPO, pero walang nangyari. Di nagpeel. Then now, YPO gamit ko. naging flaky naman elbows ko, and medyo nagpeel (actually ngayon nagp-peel siya) pero parang walang effect. Or I guess I should do another session.

Mas okay ba TCA sa elbows and knees than YPO?

Help sis nag apply AKO tca 20% from derma 3 Layer ang nilagay nang friend ko na nag work sa flawless Ito nangyari ngayon mapula na parang pink na brown sa gilid. Natatakot AKO.. Help sis

Bump this thread; just got a 20% TCA peel from my derm. Hoping this peel is good; been used to salicylic acid peel for the past year or so
