August 10-12 MLA-LGP-MLA , 2 lang po kami ni hubby

IT for 1st Day:August 10(Friday)

0700H – arrival at Legazpi Airport, for pick-up by The Oriental Hotel Staff/Van
        Early check in at The Oriental Hotel (if possible)/ or just leave bags/stuff
0900H – leave Hotel for start of tour:

We wanted to visit the following:
Cagsawa Ruins Park
Lignon Hills (we can’t walk up, so mayroon na po ba ulit ng mga habal habal? 20 per pax po ba ang rate?)
Daraga Church
Legazpi Church/Cathedral
Lunch at Small Talk Café
Snack/Meryenda at DJC Halo-Halo or any recommendation
Dinner at Four Season Restaurant or Cena Una

Based on 1st day IT, can you help me fix it ano ang dapat unahin and paano mag commute from one place to another?

IT for 2nd Day:August 11(Saturday)

Hotel Breakfast

We really wanted to swim and relax sa hotsprings, we’ve been to Naga and tried the Panicuason Hot spring already.

And based on research and tanong tanong wala daw pong hotsprings na mapag swimingan sa Legazpi…(tama po ba?) so ang nearest suggestion was in Irosin Sorsogon.

Can you suggest where exactly na hotsprings
any side tour or pwede puntahan near the hotsprings
paano mag commute

then back to Legazpi City for:
Legazpi Boulevard and
Embarkadero
Dinner at Four Season Restaurant or Cena Una (kung ano ang hindi napuntahan sa 1st day)

when po pwede isingit :
ang pasalubong time sa Albay Pili Nut candy or sa Legazpi Grand Terminal Market ba pwede na?
and coffee at La Mia Tazza Coffee?

then 3rd day sa hotel na lang, swim and relax until afternoon check out.

kami naman dec 08- dec 10. start nako mag-emails, target ko sana misibis day tour kaso parang hindi kakayanin ng budget. nag-inquire ako sa venezia hotel and they gave us both hotel room accomodation + the misibis day tour, i dont know if pwedeng maglagay dito ng price. kaso nakakapagtaka dito walang tao nagbibigay ng guided tour unlike sa bohol at puerto princesa, parang DIY dito, kung sa hotel naman kasi halfday tour too pricey.

mga sis, patulong naman po, ito kasi binigay na spots noong hotel na napagtanungan ko, kapag DIY po share niyo naman pano naman mararating ito, hassle kasi 2 lang kami ng sister ko kasama ang 5yr old pamangkin ko. tia

^^sis walang public transpo na umaakyat ng mayon skyline, saka coming from legazpi if public transpo aabutin din kayo ng 1hr just to reach tabaco, then pwede n lang kayo umarkila ng trike. lagi kasi puro sasakyan kundi private, rented lang ang nakikita ko dun... saka kami n hubby motor lang dala namin.

How about lunch ka sa four seasons tapos dinner na lang sa Small Talk or Cena Una?

If yes, you could first visit Legazpi Church/Cathedral. Take a jeep or a taxi going to legazpi and say, pupunta kayo sa St. Raphael Church. Then, you could take your lunch sa Four Season Restaurant. You could walk from the church to this restaurant. From the main entrance ng church, tawid lang kayo then diretso lang then go right. Diretso lang hanggang makita nyo yung Four Seasons. This is found at the left side, second floor. sa likod lang ng Lucky Choice.

Go to Daraga Church next. After four seasons, ask around kung saan sakayan ng papuntang Daraga. Take a jeepney.

From Daraga church, you could find a jeepney going to Camalig. Say pupunta kayo to Cagsawa Ruins Park.

Go back to Legazpi, precisely Gaisano Mall to have a snack sa DJC Halo-Halo. Mas ok yung DJC sa labas ng mall kesa yung nasa loob.

From DJC, take a cab to Lignon Hills. Pwede din kayo magjeep then tricy to lignon hill. Mas ok kasi yung hill sa gabi or late afternoon para d masyado mainit.

From Lignon hill, take a trike going to Cena Una. You could ride a jeep too.

IT for 2nd Day:August 11(Saturday)

Yup meron sa Sorsogon, but then hindi ako marunong magcommute papunta dun. Got to ask someone first.

If you're from Sorsogon for the hotspring then Emba sa gabi, baka d na makaya schedule. Pwede din ito sa first day, after Legazpi church, punta kayo Albay Pilinut then lunch na lang sa Small Talk since mas malapit ito. From Small Talk, tawid ka lang sa street then go left, dun yung La Mia Tazza. About pilinuts, some say mas masarap yung sa Albay Pilinut but wala ako makitang pgkakaiba dun sa mga binebenta sa terminal. I dont know, this is just my opinion.

Very flexible naman kami where to eat and where to go, so sundin ko yung advise mo.

i plot ko lang ulit yung IT na suggested mo , then intindihin ko.

pag may questions pa ako, post po ako ulit ha.

for me lang ha, embarcadero can be skipped. it's such a sad place. we went there saturday dinner pa. it's like an unfinished mall.

By the way, you stayed at oriental hotel di ba? how was it? hows the buffet breakfast?
dun din kasi kami mag stay eh.

i have read somewhere na para mas tipid to go out from the hotel to city, take the back entrance daw ng hotel tapos may mga tricyle dun na 30 pesos ang bayad papunta sa city proper...tama po ba?

^^ay true. if you don't like to go to emba, try boulevard. minsan may nagagawing butanding dun.

^^yes, we always take the trike to go out. kaya lang, it's not like laging may dumadaan na trike sa back street. there are a couple of tricycles waiting siguro, so medyo expensive sila kasi parang they really cater to the hotel guests. hindi fixed na P30 yung rate. it could go higher. wala na namang sasakay sa kanila dun except for hotel guests.

the buffet breakfast was ok naman, nothing special. they have an egg station and bread station, but the pastries were bleh. nothing stands out to me sa breakfast e, so it was just ok, pwede na.

i liked the pool though. very nice view of mayon. and when we were there, we had the pool all to ourselves.

i highly recommend the atv. it will take around 3 hours siguro. so very worth it. i forget na the rate kasi it was part of a package tour.

but there was a last minute change in our trip to legazpi.
Initially kasi when we booked for legazpi, we were really eyeing on staying on misibis bay
for relaxation, chill and enjoy lang talaga. we were hoping na may lalabas din na promo (just like last summer) for this august.
but after several months of inquiring directly from misibis, wala talaga silang promo for august
So I thought na mag stay na lang sa city itself and next time na lang ang misibis.
Actually booked na kami sa oriental hotel.

But just yesterday, I came across the promo being offered by asiatravel.
16K for 2N3D for 2 pax na with daily buffet breakfast, and transfers, and use of non-motorized watersports activities (tapos 0% pa for 12 months)
So I tried to book and then yun...ok na nakakuha kami for Misibis.

SO ang IT namin will be ganito na lang:

7:00am arrival at Legazpi Airport
Drop by at Venezia Hotel to leave our Bags
then straight na city tour on our own
1:00pm back to Venezia because Misibis Bay will pick us up there

so can you help me commute:

Airport - Venezia Hotel
Venezia Hotel - Lignon Hills
Lignon Hills - Casagwa Ruins
Casagwa Ruins - Daraga Church
Daraga Church - Four Seasons Resto or Small Talk Cafe (san ba mas ok?)

Hello! Any GT sisses who knows a hotel or pension house in Ligao, Albay?  I've searched the net for accommodations and only got 2 results with contact numbers: LS Pension House and Sambitan Tourist Inn. Are these any good?

If we were to choose a hotel NEAR Ligao instead, which town/city would be the most accessible and has more hotels to choose from? Legaspi sana but it's stil bout 30 kms away - malayo rin pala.

matagal pa naman travel dates namin december pa, would like to ask kung may naka-avail na ba ng service na ito, my sister found their website, parang tempting, they offer us 3k (2pax lang kasi kami w/ 1 child), kung kukunin namin service nila, bale we would book a hotel tapos tour na lang sa kanila. but we are still thinking of getting the package of venezia hotel which is 3d2n with misibis day tour.

i really want to go to paguriran island, ang ganda ng mga nakikita ko sa blogs na pictures nung lagoon,  possible kaya to rent a tricycle na lang from donsol to bacon, sorsogon para lang makarating dito? or masyado malayo at sobrang mahal na singilin sa amin?
