ano pala ba makikita sa embarcadero? mas ok ba pumunta ng gabi or ng araw? tia

^andun yung lighthouse. so maganda din kapag gabi para makita nyo yung ilaw. sa morning naman, ok din mag zip line kayo or kart racing. malapit sa embarcadero yung boulevard where you can get a good picture of mt mayon, albay gulf, and kapuntukan hill.

@mama_ghie nasa albay ako, legazpi city to be exact. i don't know which is better pero since d naman problema ang transpo dito, ok naman siguro kung DIY na lang.

Boulevard - to take a good shot of Mt. Mayon, Kapuntukan hill, and Albay golf.

Embarcadero - Go Kart Racing, Zipline, or Segway. Climb up their light house at night for a splendid view.

St. Raphael church - In 1587, Franciscan friars of the Doctrina of Cagsawa began to convert the settlement to Christianity and in 1616 they transformed it into a separate town and parish called Albay. Its first parish priest built a small chapel and established the “Mission de San Gregorio Magno de Sawangan.”

Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine - Situated at the top of Buraguis hill looking over the city proper. Life-sized depiction of the Station of the Cross arranged at the slope of the hill and a 20 feet image of the Virgin of Guadalupe at the topmost.


St.Gregory the Great Cathedral- Seat of Episcopal See, this church was re-built in 1951. It became a Cathedral when the Diocese of Legazpi erected its residence in Albay District.

Liberty Bell - Found in Peñaranda Park. Constructed by the Americans on April 1945 as a symbol of liberation of the people of Albay from Japanese oppression. Anyone is free to ring the bell if they feel that oppression is again knocking at the door of freedom of Albayanos.

@ yikee, nasa Daraga ang cena una. mejo malayo na sa embarcadero. 5pm ang bukas nya so you can eat your dinner there.

^d na kelangan reservation. if your coming from embarcedero, ride a jeep going to albay proper. or better, ride a taxi (P80 pesos i guess) or tricy (P50) going to Small Talk. Once youre there, pede nyo na din daanan yung Liberty Bell kasi malapit lang and Cathedral church.

From Albay proper going to Balay Cena Una, ride a jeep (legazpi-daraga route) and ask the driver na ibaba kayo sa may PNB bank ng daraga or Biggs diner Daraga. from there, you ride a tricy going to Balay Cena Una. Speaking of Biggs diner, ok din itong fastfood particularly their goto.

About Sikatuna, I haven't tried going there e but mom says ok naman. Malapit ito sa Airport ng Albay.

sis chiqmom, mas ok ba sa vista al mayon?? paarng mas maganda interiors at amenities although walang pool yung legaspi inn eh...

how much ba aTV sa mayon at zipline? may idea po kayo?? balak din namna mag rent ng van kasi 7 kame...to tour us sa city..baka meron ka po ma reco,...thanks

^aww i now know legazpi tourist inn. i thought kasi yung isa sya. anyway, mas accessible nga yung legazpi tourist inn since along the road sya. malapit sya sa LCC mall and dinadaanan sya ng jeepney. but if you prefer a more homey ambiance, dun ka sa vista al mayon. malapit sya sa airport.

btw,we plan to have a legazpi-caramoan tour...is this feasible for 3d/2n?thanks!!!

 hehe..naging adviser ka na ng grupo..makikisali...from the airport paano po pumunta sa Cagsawa ruins, Lignon Hills at Sto. Domingo beaches? Commute mode lang po...gusto ko kasing itry as a local:)

^lol ok lang. from airport, unahin mo Lignon hill. just ride a trike going there. to go to Cagsawa, baba ka lang sa lignon hill, dun sa may tennis court then ride a trike going to Daraga town proper. There, you ride a jeep na ang destination either Malabog, Camalig, Guinobatan, Ligao, Oas, or Polangui. Lahat ito dumadaan sa may Cagsawa Ruin. Sabihin mo lang na sa cagsawa ka lang. mga 15 mins lang ang ride.

To go to Sto Domingo, pabalik naman route mo. Ride a jeep going to Legazpi. Most probably dadaan ang jeep na sinasakyan mo sa Gaisano mall. kapag andun ka na, ride a trike going to the terminal. May mga jeep and vans dun going to Sto Domingo. Pede din bumaba ka sa may Albay Doctor's Hospital kasi may mga jeep dun going to Sto Domingo pero hassle ito since magaabang ka pa.

hello sissies.. we'll be in Legaspi sa April .. 7am dating namin .. ask ko lang, may mall ba na open as early as 7? prob kasi yung gamit namin, mahirap gumala na dala2 yung gamit .. unless, rent kami sasakyan or magtataxi para maiwanan ang gamit .. what do you think? any suggestion?
