Where is the best place to go in Bicol if travelling with very young kids?I have a 1-yr old and a 3-yr old.

mga sis we will be travelling to bicol from nov.17 to nov.22. i just found out may ad congress sa cwc from nov.16-19. I want to avoid the crowds

sa nov.17 4pm na kami dadating sa naga. I plan to go to the following caramoan, CWC, mt. mayon (sightseeing) and hot springs.

what do you recommend na iti? may byahe pa ba from naga to legazpi na vans?

If you want to just stay on one place, you can go to CWC. you can also visit Embarcadero.

^sis til what time kaya yung van? if we land ng mga 410pm makakakuha pa kami ng public van papuntang legazpi? don sana kami magspend ng night.

             go back to Naga at night

        22 last day at Caramoan
             flight back to Manila

^^last trip yata ng van from naga to legazpi is 7 or 8 pm. limot ko na. but yes, makakapunta pa kayo legazpi if you land here by 4

^^sa Albay, meron dati ang Tiwi pero hindi ko sure if meron pa sa ngayon. sa Naga, I found something here. hindi pa ako nakapunta jan. sa sorsogon pa lang natry ko kaso medyo malayo.

@bubblegumbabyy, yup navview naman. pwede kayo magtricy pero sa baba lang kayo, aakyat ka na pataas. bawal na sa taas ang vehicles after ng incident na may nahulog na van.

hi mga sis. we're scheduled to go to bicol nxt year. balak ko sana pumunta ng sorsogon. ask ko lang magkano kaya ang pamasahe from legaspi to sorsogon, and interaction with butanding? un bang interaction kasama na sa fee dun ang boat fee, lunch at kung [textspeak!] ano pa? need to have an idea para alam ko magkano kelangan ko budget...

Yun terminal sa harap ng CBD Hotel ay bus terminal, yun van terminal ay nasa tapat ng SM Naga. Pero magkalapit lang naman yun dalawa. Van Fare from Naga to Legaspi is 210 petot

share: on our last night in Legazpi, we stayed in Ellis Ecotel. it's a budget hotel inside Embarcadero. budget hotel pero sister company din to ng misibis bay and hotel venezia so credible.

my single room only costs me P550. they still have their soft-opening promo until 30th of this month.

grabe! I so enjoyed our legazpi, naga, caramoan and cwc trip. It was better than bohol and puerto prinsesa trip we had this year.

Hi!Can anyone please give feedback on CWC??Some say it's overrated. We're going with elder people and very young kids and we need to know if this place will fit us. Thanks so much!

we went on a trip to bicol this month for 6D5N. Just me and hubby. here is our itinerary

Day1 Arrive in Naga, travel to Legaspi. Check in at Ellis Ecotel
Day 2 Coffee at La Mia Taza
         Lunch at Small Talk Cafe
         ATV ride (1500 per head)
         travel back to Naga
         Naga centro for dinner
Day 3 Wake up early to travel to Sabang -> Caramoan
          Caramoan Island hopping
          Matukad Island etc
Day 4 Caramoan Island hopping part II
          Manlawi, Cotivas, Bitang Laya(Bag-ieng)
          Pasalubong shopping         
          Get a massage at Villa Juliana Inn
Day 5 Check out of Villa Juliana Inn
          Go to Red brick church in Caramoan.
          Tshirt shopping at Naga
          Check-in CWC. (there is still time for wakeboarding but hubby is sick)
          Naga centro for dinner (Bob Marlin)
Day 6  Woke up early for wakeboarding from 9:00-10:30.

Regrets:
1. We were not able to shop at legaspi. Mas mura daw Pili products don.
2. Was not able to try other restau in Legaspi. Nagtapa king kami for breakfast.
Sana kahit biggs na lang ulit.
3. Nagtagal kami sa ellis ecotel before setting off for cagsawa and lignon. eh nag-atv kami so almost madilim na nung natapos kami kaya ndi na kami nakapunta sa cagsawa and lignon.
4. konti lang din ang kinainan namin na maganda sa naga.
5. I was not able to book early so sa Matt's Tourist inn kami nagstay nung day 2, single fan room pa. middle kasi ng Ad congress.

Tips:
1. Travel to bicol on off peak days. You'll enjoy it more.
2. Spend 3D2N at caramoan. Ask the boatman to go to Manlawi while low tide. You have to wake up early though.
3. Take advantage of roundtrip transfers of CWC. nagpapickup kami nung day 5 sa bus terminal. solo namin yung van papuntang airport. they have 3 trips in a day going to centro or sm naga or magsaysay avenue. You just have to request the friendly driver.


^CWC feedback:
I heard bad feedbacks sa tripadvisor after our return pero the worst thing that happened to us is hindi kami nakita ng driver sa bus terminal due to miscomm.
I booked a room at CWC a day before and nakakuha naman kami ng booking for green container no deposits necessary. Room was clean. Bed is comfy.Malapit naman sya sa wakeboard park. People at the front desk are very nice.

Ang sarap ng pizza sa clubhouse. They provide lighted candles for the insects.
Service was prompt. Konti lang kasi kumakain. Wala nga lang house water hehe.

Sa winch park (wakeboard park for beginners) super bait ng operators and assistants. They coached and motivated us. 2 couple lang kaming nagpapalit-palit. puro beginners pa kaya nalalaglag agad sa tubig kaya mabilis ang ikutan. Very patient yung nagtuturo. After 45minutes or about 10 tries I was able to complete a one way trip to the other side. 1.5H kami lang kami nagstay kasi hubby is not feeling well. We request for an extension ng check out up to 2pm and pumayag naman. Pagcheck out derecho na hatid sa airport.
