My hubby and I have booked a flight from Mla-Legaspi this summer. We'll be arriving there monday, 1:40 PM and by thursday we'll leave by 10:40 AM.

Do you have any suggestions where to go first? So that masulit namin yung stay dun..
We are planning to go to camsur and caramoan din po kasi after nalibot namin legazpi..
The problem is we don't know which is first.

Hi sis! We're back in Manila. Yung dinaanan pala namin is not the bitukang manok, it's quirino highway, i think.

Vista Al Mayon nga is a great place to stay. Malapit sa lahat.

Small Talk Cafe is great. Laing pasta didn't fail my taste buds

Bigg's diner is superb! I love their Cajun chicken.

I will definitely go back to Bicol.

Aside sa swimming with Butanding, ano pa pwede puntahan sa Donsol? may country tour ba dun like sa bohol?

 may firefly watching  din daw dun. Sa June 01 punta namin.  I'm thinking nga of going to donsol first.  Firefly encounter sa gabi.  Then butanding the following day.  Then balik sa sa legaspi.

Thanks sis.  Tiningnan ko yung elysia, mukhang maganda.  Email ko nga sila later.  2 adults 2 kids kami.  Pero parang maliit room.  Kung 2 rooms naman mahal na.

Nagreply na elysia.  Max of 3 persons lang in a room.  3000 price.  No Breakfast. Maliit lang daw room kaya di na magkakasya to request for extra bed.  Sayang.

we stayed at Amor resort, basic lang yung accomodation. walang tv pero malinis naman yung room. ang gusto ko lang sa Amor masasarap yung food na sine-serve nila

we stayed at ELYSIA BEACH RESORT
super nice yung place na yun compared to the rest of the resorts in the area.

The owners are Korean.
The resort is fairly new and the pool is nice also, just outside the rooms.
Food is good and it's very near the Donsol Tourist Center.

I texted Amor beach resort in Donsol and inquired about their accommodation.  They were nice enough to infrom me that there might not be whalesharks by June.  We plan to go to donsol June 01.  Need your opinions.  Should we take a chance?  Or wag na lang?  has anyone been in donsol in June and have seen a whale shark?  Thanks!

we stayed in Casa Ofelia last March. nagcheck in kami at 5pm. we left at 11am. walang naging problema.
the room is simple but clean. sana lang may hot shower din.
ok naman yung staff. super maasikaso nga. (though mga babae yung nag-assisst samin)
i would recommend Casa Ofelia to my friends.

Question regarding buses bound to Bicol:

do you book and buy tickets prior the date o walk in?
kung buy before the trip - pwede ba phone reservations? o dapat pupunta talaga sa bus terminal?

been calling penafrancia-cubao terminal, grabe walang sumasagot!

^ pag-umuuwi ako sis during peak season kelangan at least 2 weeks reservation. Kelangan mong pumunta sa bus terminal para magpa-reserve. They don't accept phone reservations e. Ok lang tawag ka muna to ask for the trip schedules. Pero kung non-peak naman, usually walk-in na lang.

Try mo na rin siguro sis tawagan ibang bus company:

- Philtranco (dito ako lagi sumasakay, kahit overrated)
- Isarog Lines

Halos pare-pareho lang yung mga Standard Class nila e. Sana matapat kayo sa bagong bus, yung mga luma kasi mejo masikip and minsan sira pa yung recline...

Kung kaya ng budget, try mo sis yung mga Lazy boy seats nila.

honestly i dont know the terms in staying there. why would someone force you to leave at 8am? grabe naman sya - kung sino man yung nakausap ng mommy mo.
another thing, the location is NOT near CWC. buti nalang din hindi kayo dun nag-overnight stay. 


on the other hand, i think no resort owner would offer a free stay to some guests if they werent kind hearted at all. isolated case lang siguro yang "engineer".
