But I know it retrogress kasi last Dec 2010 F2B was processing: 01MAR00 then on Jan 2011 it's 15MAY99 and Feb 2011 it's starting to crawl up slowly he he it's 01JUN99, March 2011 it's 01AUG99. So it's like 2 months leap per month? Sana may big leap sa April VB.

yeah, I super agree with you sis Prayer helps so much. Kaya also kahit waiting you do other stuff than just keep on thinking sa petition. Keep busy, kasi pag may time ka to relax and then you start thinking again, the petition will tickle on your brain and make you stress out.

sis she69, ahhh na transfer pala sa Texas center yung papers nyo. Well, may delay nga yan sis than the petition being process sa California center. Mabilis sa California kasi. Yung iba nasa VJ said na some that are in Texas bec ang dami ng pinaprocess doon sa Cali, some were ask to submit RFE's. After ma okay na they will transfer it back sa CSC naman.

yes sis ato, late last year lang when we decided to get married, at first kasi we opted to wait for his citizenship. But then, others advised na its better to file the F2A petition ngayon, tapos magpa-update na lang if ever na maabutan ng citizenship yung application namin.

Tama ka sis, pray pray lang for HIS guidance para sa mga dapat nyo gawin.

^Yup, you are an LPR (Legal Permanent Residence). A Green Card holder.

When she ask me of my info she does know about our emails so, I guess registering thru email works. So parang kinomfirm ko nalang that I want to registered our emails.

^Haha I don't know a whole lot of touristy place to go to dito sa TN. Other than museums, the music museum. All are just plaque/golden records and tracks awards on the walls and some stuff the music people own. The only interesting thing there is the car and piano of Elvis. At least for me, kasi the car paint are crush diamonds so that it glitters. Kasi noon walang paint sila that glitters so they use the crush diamonds.  Lots-a-lotsa diamonds. Imagine how much that cost nowadays. At yung paino nya is all in gold pati na yung seat gold din. To be honest, it was very boring to me. Not unless your into that thing.

Yung Cheekwood Botanical Garden maganda. There's a real Faberge egg doon. And all other artwork and jewelries that were own by a Tsar, Russian Royalty.

The best to go is in Gatlinburg, TN they have like a mini vegas thing going on. Maraming pweding pasyalan. But it is a 3-4 hour drive samin. Ako nalang i-tour nyo, mas madami pa sa state nyo mga touristy spot/place to go to I bet than here in TN.

naku napag-uusapan na man lang din ang tour.. i was super excited pa naman last year cause i really thought makaka alis ako early this year. hubby and i were already planning of going to comic con. they were supposed to sell tickets for 2011 last nov 2010 and bibili na talaga si hubby.. and then come ticket sale day, nag crash and website(too much traffic) and di nakabili..tapos biglang retrogressed nung dec 2010. kalurky.. lahat ng plans ko nag crash... aisshhh...

kung ganun dami pala tourist nagppunta diyan sa place mo sis esp si elvis super famous yun..  ngayun ko lang nalaman sis na yung car ni elvis made of crush diamonds and ang piano niya gold..LOL!  amazing! hehe... anyways iba pa rin diyan sis maganda simoy ng hangin basta maganda lahat pag US...

@sis septembernine, wow I would love to go to a comic con. Kaso super layo namin. Walang budget for that too. At least sis pag dating mo easy nalang to go to that kind of stuff, very near lang sa place nyo.

@sis kuruga, mas madami Elvis stuff sa Memphis though hindi pa kami naka punta bec everytime we're there it's either too cold or raining so hard, may storm. LOL Sa zoo lang kami nakapunta but super love it, I get to see the pandas. I love pandas. There's so cute.

This couple are lucky they have their I-129F approve in less than 15 days since they first file their petition. That means also if they can gather their docs once USE Manila gave the benefiary the packets for the next step that means they'll be done in a month or two. That's fast!!!

But yeah, this is not I-130 but a K1 but it's still nice to hear na mabilis lang process. Maybe they will process the other category more faster too.

     The U.S. Embassy Manila's online appointment system for new CRBA applications is open.  Applications will no longer be accepted through either a courier or through the mail service.  Applications that are received through these methods will be returned and applicants will be asked to use the online appointment system.  For applicants who were requested to submit additional documents at the time of their interview, you may still submit these documents through the mail or a courier. 

     The Consular section of the U.S. Embassy in Manila is currently scheduled to move into a new building in early March 2011.  This new facility will allow us to serve our customers more efficiently.  While this time period is not confirmed, we will not be opening any new appointments in anticipation that our move will occur according to this schedule.  Once we have confirmed the exact dates of the move, we will again open appointments.  Please monitor our website for updated information.

The US Embassy in Manila is gonna move to a different building next month (March 2011)? Where to kaya? Or maybe just part of a department? Not the whole US Embassy?

@sis lyn- thanks sis. Kelan kaya siya pwede magoathtakng? Sakto 5yrs na siya dun sa december eh... So bale inaantay nalang namen na maging citizen siya dun bago siya magapply ng petition samen... Kase as early as 6months makukuha na daw nya kame agad as fiance visa? Tama ba?

^@sis chelsee, 90 days before mag fi-five years yung residencial presence nya dito sa US he can apply for his citizenship. 5 months lang process at tapos na din oath nya sa 5 months processing. Look at my timeline for citizenship on page 1 sis.

And yup sis K1 (fiancee visa) takes 5-8 months. And as you can see on pag 9 on what I post na they were approve as little as 15 days. Tapos waiting nalang sila for NVC to transfer their files to USE Manila, and if they can gather their supporting docs, pay the fees, have your medical and schedule your interview ng maladi as early as 2-3 months you can fly na sa US.

I post the link sa page 9, yung thread (from VJ) na 15 days approve na K1 petition nila and the beneficiary is from the Philippines.

may napanood ako sa citizen pinoy, sabi mas okay pa rin yung married na then i-petition ng usc spouse, difference of 3-5 months more of waiting compared to k1. kasi pag married na, no need to adjust status, may green card na rin so pwede agad mag-work sa u.s. kasi yung friend ko, k1 sya, she's been here for over a year na pero wala pa rin syang gc kasi di pa nila naaasikaso kasi nagka-baby agad sila. hindi pa rin sya nakakapag-work. please correct me if i'm wrong.

@sis misao, may pros and cons sa spousal visa and fiancee visa. Ito lang ang nakikita ko, pwede kayong makaka-add mga sis.

Fiancee Visa (K1):
Pros:
-Mabilis ang processing
-You can be with your Hubby to Be earlier
-You have 90 days to change your mind if both of you are not compatible

Cons:
-You have to wait until your AOS or EAD arrived in the mail before you can work
-AOS is pretty expensive
-When you arrive in US your are not an immigrant but a non immigrant

Spousal Visa  For USC and LPR (F2A, K3, CR1, IR1):
Pros: (for K3)
-processing takes fast same as K1
-can be with hubby faster
-can work right away, whenever you find a job

Cons: (For K3)
-Your GC is conditional
-separate petition yung kids nyo.

Pros and Cons: (For CR1)
-Same with K3 but the processing is a little slower than K3. But they're saying now in VJ there's not much difference in processing na. Kasi mabilis nalang daw.

Pros: (IR1)
-Faster processing
-You are an immigrant when you arrive in the US (not conditional)
-Cheaper, in the long run bec you won't go thru an AOS here in US. AOS cost $1070. Than if process when you are still in PI where you only pay $88 for the AOS. Big difference right?

Cons (IR1):
-I can't think of the cons for this process.

Pros (F2A for LPR):
-Immigrant visa, GC holder kana when you arive here.
-You can work right away, if you can find a job.

Cons (F2A for LPR):
-it takes 4-5 years to process
-you can bring your kids as derivatives

Anyway, my EAD was approve after 3 months when we filed it. And after another 3 months before I find a job. Depende kasi sa inyo if you filed EAD when you also filed your AOS, though some didn't apply for EAD kasi some will received their Conditional GC  the same as EAD making it useless, or you won't received the EAD kasi your Conditional GC arrived earlier than your EAD (Employment Authorization Document).
