ballet school for toddlers

My four year old child goes to Ballet Philippines at CCP. Summer classes start on April 7 ends in May 9. Recital will be on May 9-10. It's around Php14,000 inclusive of costume and tickets to the recital. It will be a 3 times a week class, 1 h our each.

My daughter completed her summer ballet clasess at Cambridge. It was 4K for 20 sessions, an hour each. They got the teacher to come to the school so it was convenient as the classes were held after regular summer class. Mini recital was held at the school too (no costume though). My daughter enjoyed it but she didn't really follow along. Still debating whether to enroll her to weekend classes.

napanood ko dati sa tv na pumapangit daw kuko ng isang ballet dancer.  kapag toddler hindi pa naman?

Ballerinas only dance on their toes when they reach a certain level, so for toddlers this isn't applicable. Same with when they "turn out" their feet. I don't plan onhaving my daughter dance ballet til that point because I dont' want her to develop the ballerina's gait (not attractive). I just want her to learn to be a little more graceful

also enrolled our daughter in a ballet class... she has an option to start 2nd week of Feb but I said May na lang start kasi we're on holidays majority of Feb.

we attended a trial class and she enjoyed herself talaga so that made our decision a lot easier... she loves to dance kasi that's why I thought, if it's something she enjoys, then let's encourage it

Good day.

I know this is FN and I'm not sure if there are other male members here. Anyways, I have a 3 y/o daughter and I'm planning of taking her into a ballet class. So far the closest one from her location is the Halili School of Ballet and think the place is good.

I have no idea as to what she will be needing, well of course the ballet shoes and outfit, so I want to ask your opinion out there so as to give me a little background about what to expect and where is the best store to buy all her ballet stuff and including estimated cost as well excluding tuition (like extra/ad-on cost for one full session).

Any opinion is highly appreciated.

My daughter went to Perry Sevidal Ballet School in San Antonio Village, Makati City.  The school is highly recommended... with the school's owner, Teacher Perry, being hands-on and kind to her young students.
