Hi guys. Ask ko lang baka may alam kayo nagooffer ng scholarship for graduate studies. Gusto ko sana magMasters after magboard exam sa October kaya as early as now naghahanap na talaga ako ng scholarship. Agri undergrad kopero am planning to take up MPA or MGM since am working in the government. thanks sisses

^Naku talga full slot na daw for next sem??  OMG di pa ako nakakapunta sa Registrar to sign my acceptance letter.  Busy kasi sa work.  Naku madedelay pa pala ako nito ng another sem kung ganon.

OR Did you mean full slot for next sem for taking the entrance exam?   

Nag-review lang ako ng GMAT, sis.

Sorry sisses, noob question here, is there a masteral school or particular business-related master's degree that doesn't require a thesis and will only require max of 2 meetings a month?

Yan ang di ko na-clarify. Baka nga sa exam lang kasi I plan to take the exam pa lang sana sa July kaso yun nga full slot na daw.

GMAT, self review ka lang sis? Anong book ginamit mo for review?

or nagpa-enroll ka pa sa review center?

May idea ka na ba how much tuition? Kasi yung nasa site is yung per course lang, definitely may miscellaneous fees pa yun. I tried calling the Registrar's office to inquire pero laging cannot be reached

@twinxz  - Tumawag ako kanina sa Registrar and good to go ako for 1st sem whew!  Kinabahan ako haha.  Baka nga re taking the exam yung info mo na full slot na. And kung July ka mag-exam, I think 2nd sem ka na makakapag-start, which is January 2017 na. 

Kaplan GMAT reviewer lang ang inaral ko.  Solve solve ng math problems mostly kasi yun ang limot ko na.  Di mo na kelangan mag-enrol sa review center.  Parang college entrance exam naman sya eh.  And the exam is just one aspect of the overall evaluation, gaya nga ng sabi ng proctor when I took it.  They'll be looking at your work history din, yung sagot mo sa essays, transcript, letters of reco etc.  Nakapag-fill out ka na ba ng online application and profile sa AGSB website?

Re tuition, update ako dito after I go to the Registrar tom.  Pero siguro peg na natin at more or less 30K for 2 subjects, which is the minimum yata that you can take per sem and yun din ang balak ko.

hi sisters! anyone here offered to pursue graduate studies by their employer? i was offered kasi, though wala pang final contract, i just wanted to know kung ano ba ang terms nyo? i heard kasi na yung iba, for a certain amount paid by the employer, may katumbas na months or years na stay mo sa company. (for example, every PHP10k = 1month) like a bond pero per amount ang basis. i think i can haggle kasi (pero not sure. hehe). i just want to know kung ano yung close range that i can offer to them. hehe. 

PS: nakatapos na din kasi ako ng short course/certification course. almost 4months and duration, TThS ang sched. that's around 70k ang registration fee. my employer paid for  everything. tapos ang alam ko, 2mos lang ang bond ko. hindi ko na namalayan kasi wala namang formal contract and tapos ko na din iserve yung bond if ever. hehe. but this time, yung inooffer sakin eh, grad school most probably MBA. that's more than 70k for sure. i'm worried na baka sobrang tagal ang bond ko.

Sis twinxz - I went to Ateneo over the weekend and 14K per subject, pero factor in daw 5% increase kasi mag take effect next na daw yun.  We have to take minimum of 2 subjects, so more or less tama nga yun estmate kong 30K per sem.

^Mukang older version yung reviewer na ginamit ko sis, pero yah looks the same.  Matagal na kasi sa friend ko yun nung hiniram ko.  Gutay gutay na nga    Suggestion ko brush up ka na lang sa math and abstract reasoning kasi yung other parts kayang kaya mo na yun.  And even the math part ok naman.  Di pa ako nag-start paparating pa lang ang 1st sem

^Wala pa sis kasi 1st week of Aug pa daw lalabas yung class sched.  Sana nga mag-swak sa work sched ko.  Kelan exam mo?
