i have an igno question. i plan to take JD in law. can i take Master's after ir is the JD equivalent to a Master's degree? what is next for further studies then? thank you!

After JD, you can take Master of Laws (LLM) in an area of law where you want to specialize.  Most take up their LLM abroad.

sis why not MBA-JD offered by DLSU-FEU? It's a dual degree program, you can complete 2 degrees in 5 yrs instead of 6

Would anyone know kung kailan ang admission sched ng DLSU-M? Been trying to call the numbers on their site, but I couldn't get through.

And could I start taking my Master's on Term 2 or mas okay na mag-start ng Term 1?

Me, but I finished in 2008 pa. Another poster here is currently taking her MBA in AGSB (forgot her username).

Test exam is ok naman.  Math is ok; maraming algebra.  May reading comprehension. Meron ding vocabulary. May logic din. What I did to prepare was to answer IQ test online; really helped a lot.   I find the entrance exam in MBA harder than the entrance exam MA in Ateneo (I took both MBA and MA in Ateneo).

Confirm ko lang, allowed ba to bring calculator for the math exams?

Np. Sis, when I took my exams in 2005, ang tanda ko no; we weren't allowed to bring our calculators. We were provided scratch papers, though.  I'm not sure if you're allowed to bring calculators now.

I'm also planning to take my master's degree in UP Diliman..I'm from General Santos..I want to take Master of arts in english studies major in English Language..I'm pretty confused UP Diliman and Ateneo De Davao University...is the entrance exam really hard?I'm anxious..thanks....

May program ba ang ateneo na weekend lang? Working kasi ako kaya weekend lang ang available ko na time? Kung wala ano ba ang ibang school na nag o offer nang masteral na pwedeng pang weekend lang na malapit lang sa santolan.

Tumawag pala ako sa ateneo nagtanong ako regarding sa exam and kung kelan mag i start ang class for MBA. Ang sabi tingnan ko daw muna yung website tapos pili ako nang mba program na gusto ko. Ang nakita ko lang naman na pagpipilian ay yung standard, regis tapos yung for middle managers parang mas maganda yung regis sa working as compared dun sa standard. Tama kaya ako kung yung regis na lang kunin ko.

Ang sabi naman nila halos lahat daw nang student nila working pero kung weekend lang daw ako papasok hindi daw sila makaka guarantee na matatapos ko. Hay pano ba ito ano kaya Kung sa La salle-rcbc or la salle greenhills na lang ako. Tanong rin pala mga magkano ba aabutin lahat sa ateneo for one semester nabanggit lang kasi dito na 3k daw per unit how about yung miscellaneous.

Not sure lang sa MBA ng ateneo, MA kasi yung saken, with 9 units I paid 31k. Approximately 2k yung other fees, and 4k yung library.

Is anyone here enrolled in UP Open U? I'm thinking of transferring, nahihirapan ako with my weekend classes kasi super stressful my work at the moment. Probably hindi macredit units ko with my current univ noh? I'd go back to zero?
