^i agree... parang yung nangyari sa kakilala ko.. nakapag tour sa Aus once dahil andon sister nya na married sa isang oz guy..
then after ilang yrs yata pinag apply ulet para mag alaga sa mga pamangkin.. she was denied..
akala ko rin noon na once na ma grant ka ng visa eh pede ka na magpa ulit ulit nang walang problema..hindi pala.minsan depende sa mag interview sayo..

oz case officer don't actually conduct ''interview'' eg. face-to-face interview, they sometimes ask for phone interview they would ask what time and date the applicant is available then they will call. But most of the time sa mga partner visa lang to. On TV napaka-rare.

^sis, ang sabi kase ng taga embassy na bakit daw aalis at iiwan ang anak na maliit pa.. parang yan ang dahilan na nakita.. noong first time kase nya umalis eh dalaga pa siya..baka masyadong maka pamilya ang humawak ng case niya..

 medyo weird lang din kase na approve siya noong single at hindi naisip ng embassy  na posibleng maghanap ng asawa yung tao or mag overstay..
anyway, swerte pa rin niya at nakatuntong siya sa Aus..

@iamoptomistic and other sisses, may invitation sya galing sa friend nya who will also send proof of funds and other documents na makatulong sa visit nya. Hoping sya na kahit single entry lang basta 3 mos sana. Should I advice her na hwag na ituloy mag apply?

Sabi ng aunt ko case to case basis at depende sa magaapprove. Your friend can apply for 3 months pero walang guarantee. Alam ko if idedeny nila yang 3 months pwede siya pagbigyan but shorter length of stay

Hi po, ilang taon ka na po ba? What University ka po nakatapos and ilang years ka nang preschool teacher? If you are considering to apply for a Skilled Visa, may katagalan and kamahalan po ang process and hanggang 45 years old lang po ata pwede mag apply..

I'm 30 yrs old graduate of Miriam College.  I had IELTS already pero mejo mababa yung isang category, yung 3 ok naman. kaya mejo nakakadisappoint. sabi daw i need to register sa Australian Institute for Teachers.. pero sa nakita ko hindi ako qualified dahil dun sa IELTS na .5 lang ang kulang. Do you know any other ways para makapag-apply ako? My sister is already there, permanent resident na sya pero she just had a baby kaya hindi din nya maasikaso.

@yukishih -- friend nya ba is a guy or girl? how long na sila friends? 3 months ang pinaka-maikling stay, its up to you kung gusto mo [textspeak!] i-consume but make sure 2 days before mag 3 months naka depart ka na ng oz esp. if there's a condition to your visa ''No Further Stay''

Guy ang friend nya. Actually kapatid ko. Hahaha. They have been friends for more than a year naman. Nasa form kasi do you intend to visit au for more than once di ba? Hahaha. I hope mabigyan sya kahit single entry lang na good for 3 mos.

ok, we usually tick NO. 3 months lang naman sya di ba? or shorter.. wala pa namang narefuse!

Yay! Ang galing mo naman,sis! Visa consultant ka nga. Pano yun sis, ang naifile nya lang na leave sa office is 1mo. Approved leave nya is is yun 30 days baka yun lang din ibigay sa kanya. What is the best solution sis? Apply sya ng 90 days leave and then ipaapprove? Nag mamamatter ba yun? Or okay lang din? Lulubusin ko na ang mabuting puso mo.
