^Pa-assess ka nalang ng skillset mo sis. Mas makakatipid ka and derecho na PR agad. My friend is now in Adelaide. Less than 5 months lang since they applied, kasama na dun yung pagtake ng IELTS. Sa amin naka-onhold pa kasi need pa pumunta ng Oz para mag oral exam si hubby. Di pa kami pwede bumiyahe ngayon kasi I got pregnant. Hopefully next year, pag may ipon na ulit.

hindi sis nagiba na nga ang rule since july 2012. Inaabangan ko pa sa ngayon kung pano gumagana yung bagong rule nila sabi maglalabas daw ng list ngayon august hindi pako nakakavisit sa australian site mismo. Yung friend mo kasi nagapply before july 2012 kaya mabilis lang first come first serve basis kasi yun. Yung ngayon skillset select na ang rule nila. san pa pwedeng humingi ng tulong like migration consultant? Naghahanap kasi ako ng ganito para alam ko kung san pinaka feasible na country for me. ^Not sure if meron nang list sis, di na kasi ako active sa app namin. Natry mo na ba yung pinoyau na site? Active forum din yun and very helpful site pati yung links and all. Ang pagkakaalam ko, mas defined na ang quota for every skillset now pero based on points pa rin. Dati kasi magugulat ka nalang wala na pala sa list yung occupation mo.

Before the July 2012 amendment, dami ko kilala na nabypass yung "first come first serve rule" nila kasi depende pa rin yan sa field of expertise mo. Yung iba inabot ng 2 years din kahit sa IT, dami kasing docs na hinihingi ang DIAC, pabago bago pa sila ng policy every year. As per my last visit sa forum, konti lang yung changes last July 2012.

^You might want to check MARA's list of accredited migration consultants. My friend in Singapore got her consultant from there. Ang problem niya lang, tamad yung consultant niya sumagot sa mga queries niya. So siya nalang din nagDIY research for everything. She paid AUD$4000 for the consultancy fees. Good thing she got approved.

Pahirap nang pahirap na dito sa pinas kahit gaano kalaki sweldo mo, kayod kalabaw ka to save for the future kasi wala kang health benefits na aasahan.

Take note sis hindi sweldo ang lumalaki tax at  mga bilihin. At napupunta lang sa bulsa ng mga politician. Tax ko times 3 ng cost of living ko. Sumatutal para lang sa pamilya ko kinikita ko at mahirap pa rin ako. boo talaga!

pahirap ng pahirap man sa Pinas there's no place like home sabi nga nila ganon din naman sa ibang bansa, nga lang pagbalik mo sa Pinas doon mo mararamdaman yong difference, syempre mayaman ka na pag sa Pinas ka.

^^ True sis. Okey sana if malaki tax, maganda rin benefits. Hay, sad talaga. Nabasa ko sa Oz, mataas din ang tax pero may rebates sila. Yung isang pinoy from adelaide, in less than 6 months, nakabili agad ng dream car niya.... Laki pa nang napapadala niya sa Pinas kasi maliit lang daw gastos nila dun. If ganun din sana dito, wala nang aalis ng pinas.

^ Gusto ko rin Canada and UK. Si hubby naman US kasi among other countries na napuntahan niya, sa US lang daw niya nafeel ang totoong freedom.  Pahirapan din lang sa pag apply in these countries..hehe.

^Ilang percent ang pinakamalaking tax nila sis? Dito, 32% kaltas ni hubs sa tax and nakakapanggigil, kapiranggot ng benefits dito pahirapan pang ibigay sa yo.

per bracket taxation nila sis, you can try to look on ATO website. GST is 11% if im not mistaken

sa oz the more oz citizen children you have the huge amount money you get ''family allowance'' so much better wag na mag work para may family support. LOL thus, your reaping other tax payer's money. Lagot! 

that allowance you get from the government is still not enough though. If for example you're getting $400 a fortnight, and you have 2 kids, you're unemployed, your husband's wage is just mid range, you have a house and a car to pay for... I'm telling you, that allowance is so not enough.

I'm curious... panong maliit ang gastos nila? I'm assuming they're renting pa lang cuz you only mentioned na car palang nabili nila in 6 months. But rental places here in Adelaide can be quite expensive (of course not as expensive as other States, but nonetheless expensive pa rin), bills (electricity, gas, water) is cheap yes, food is so so.. may mura, may mahal...

Saka yun cars naman din dito is hulugan... most car loans are payable in 5 yrs (or less kung kaya mo). Of course, European cars are the expensive ones pa rin (like in all other places in the world, except Europe ) depende rin sa dream car ng friend mo. Does your friend dream "big"? I do! My dream car is a Porsche Cayenne and there's no way I'll be able to afford that in 6 months

Our current car is payable in 4 yrs, 215$ a fortnight ang repayment namin because malaki yun downpayment namin sa car (para bawas repayment and interest)

Any experience? Check SOL andun course mo. Do you have a relative there who can sponsor you? Easiest way would be student visa. Expensive but if you're willing to gamble itll work naman. Mahirap pero worth it naman.

naku sis wala akong kamag anak friends lang na nasa OZ..I'm working in a call center now but meron din naman ako experience sa kitchen as kitchen manager.. kahit ano naman work ok lang saakin e...kahit sa office or kitchen.

walang nabanggit saakin na need pala ng bond thingy pag student visa! naku mas lalu ko di kaya iyon meron ba mga site na pwede ko ma applyan?

or pag nag hire ako ng migration expert will they also help me get a job there?
