oks lang basta aware sila and may sort-of-like recall notice that covers your tracks na it's an error on their part. di naman makatarungan yun kung ang laki ng ipagagastos nila sa iyo..other option mo is magwala on youtube and massacre the mac if they refuse to fix it..not a reliable way to ask for a replacement...but thats what one guy did with the black macbook na natunaw and apple didn't care about his new purchase. they gave him a new one after the video or a discount i think.

^yeah he was really upset and the machine wasn't working so might as well... upsetting naman talaga kung malaman mong applecare doesnt care pala talaga...eh mga staunch mac users pa naman yung mga yun.

^Nababaliw na nga ko sa Mac eh. Ang ganda niya sana kaso parang ang malas ko haha Una yung charger ko sumabog. Sumunod yung battery ko lumubo. Tapos eto naman ngayon haha

^oh no another oh me oh my! shucks mga bizaarre symptoms pa naman yan..as in sumabog na charger? oh but you know what, that was an issue too with plugged ipods in cars...leaving them plugged kahit patay ang car can heat it up still one burned the dashboard ng car just the whole part of where the cigarette lighter was and the ipod charger was plugged there.

baka kelangan na nyan ng spiritista? hehe joke.

^Yung mini ref ang salarin bakit sumabog yung charger ko haha Binigyan kasi ako ng soccer ball look-alike mini ref. Pinagsabay ko sila isaksak sa extension. Aba, maya maya may naririnig ako na fizz tapos hinahanap ko yung sound tapos biglang sumabog yung charger LOL Buti di nasunog room ko.

Yung sa battery naman kasi sabi dito sa GT like 2 years ago pa na pwede naka-plug yung charger kahit fully charged na yung laptop. Eh hindi pala pwede yun kaya ayun lumubo.

Ang laki ng ginagastos ko sa laptop ko wahaha

^Nakakaloka talaga! Yung kasabay ko nga dun sa service center, sumabog din yung charger niya tapos papaayos niya. Di pa covered ng Apple Care niya dahil sumabog daw haha

^gosh sumabog rin bakit ganun yungcharger? it means may defect kung ano man yung heating element sa loob nun...mahal pa naman ang charger diba? di ko na paplug mac ko! harhar. made in china rin ba the chargers? kung same serial kayo you can file a suit for that kung same account na sumasabog yun. parang mga class action suits or something.

Power surges are very common in our area that is why I immediately bought a surge protector after I got the MBA. I've heard of people's computers getting fried because of those surges.

Well, got an Airport Express earlier..could not get it to work with our Windows laptop..it worked with my MBA (airtunes + internet). It was unusually hot too after a few hours of use..gonna return it tomorrow. *sigh* impressed by how well it worked when it did though.

The girl asked kung common ba daw yung sumasabog na charger tapos sabi nung guy na di naman daw common pero minsan daw kasi pag naiiwan ng matagal na naka-plug kahit di na ginagamit, nabagsak, pwede daw talaga sumabog yun. Nakakatakot diba LOL

i think technically thats the best way to preserve any gadgets battery life..mas bumababa ang life cycle ng battery every charge or when its plugged longer...like for lith-ion batteries ng cellphones the cycle charge gets affected sometimes nga batteries can only last for i think 200 charges or maybe more depende sa batt. and yung surge ng electricity sa machine can also affect the life cycle ng computer or any gadget that requires a certain number of hours to fully charge...parang ganun di ko alam how to in a techy way explain it.
