hay, just this week sinumpong ako nito. grabe sobrang sakit ng likod ko hanggang ngayon meron pa rin konte.

try nyo magpa checkup sa rehab med doctor. tawag kayo sa 502-5275, landline sa clinic.

aku din nakakaexperience nito because of work. malaki na nga din daw yung right back ko kesa dun sa kabila at mararamdaman mo talaga na me hangin sa likod pag minamassage. ang bigat pa naman sa katawan pag meron nito. ang hirap bumangon kase unang una ang sakit sa katawan at ang bigat pa sa pakiramdam. sana mawala na to.. haay..

sis jeitee acheck ka din baka gallstones. ang mga symtoms kasi nun masakit ang shoulder taos bur ng bur. ibang klase asng sakit nya arang kabag na umiikot

i have my rehab at st luke's. mga 800+ per session depending on condition. i have friends who do home service pero i think dapat pa-check muna with rehab doctor to know kung [textspeak!] ano dapat gawin...

hi..

parang napaka dami ko nito.. hindi ko na nga alam kung lamig o kung ano na.. minsan kahit kakagising ko pa lang, masakit na agad likod ko.. halos hindi na siya nawawala. parang ang kailangan ata masahe ng walang patid. pero impossible naman yun..

Its called MPS = myofascial pain syndrome. you can go to a Physical Therapist. there's what we call "MPS massage". But take note, it won't make you feel relax. kasi what we do is parang pipisain yung lamig then make sure they perform stretching of muscles sa area kung saan minasahe. to prevent or at least lessen the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). It will take more than 1 session. and most importantly, proper posturing will help na hindi na bumalik.

Which specialization did you consult on this sissy? Been having the same prob on and off.. and yeah ma rerelieve lang siya pag nagpa massage ka, but temporary lang.. saka parang di naman siya nawala talaga.. i would like to see a doctor na rin eh..

^physical therapist sis... If you are going to use your healthcard though, check if you need a referral from a doctor although most health insurance naman yata, they don't need a referral e. And most PT rehabilitation clinics, meron naman silang doctors din.

I have this according to all those na naassign sakin for ventosa and massage.
Though sabi pag 2x a week nagpapamassage and ventosa mawawala, I asked a doctor bout it and was recommended to have an xray para sure kung nodes or scolio related siya.

meron din ako nito, medyo narelieve naman nung nagpamasahe ako sa LFI. siguro kelangan on a regular basis para mawala talaga.

massage lang talaga solution dito, ako kasi laging nakadapa matulog and laging todo aircon . kahit may comforter, magkakaron ka talaga nito which is akala ko normal lang talaga. pero kapag tinatanggal ng nagmamasahe yung lamig ko, ang sakit grabe...pero kapag nawala na ,ang sarap sarap sa pakiramdam.. twice or thrice a week masarap magpamasahe

try Tontons massage, magaling sila sa pagtanggal ng lamig and magaling sila sa stretching ng body mo
