Hi Doc She,

I decided going to the ER last saturday night due to rectal bleeding. I have hemorrhoids since college but it never bled. I t was only last year that i saw blood after defecating or when i wipe with tissue. I tried using calmoseptin as my mom's advice (she also have it). After a day or two nawawala nman blood after defecating,(it occured ata mga 2x last year). But last saturday nite i put calmoseptin on my hemo and tried pushing it, mejo stressed out ako for a week before i felt the discomfort of my hemo coz ala ako helper and i usually carry my 4yo girl going up and down the stairs.so ayun after pushing my hemo nagbled so hubby and i decided to go to ER to have it checked kasi it was 11pm na and i just want my condition to be assessed. I was given daflon to be taken twice in the morning and twice in the evening tpos doc recommended hot sitz plus faktu after hot sitz.

Doc She, I want to know your clinic hours kindly PM me naman po. I want to be assessed by you if i need surgery. Thanks!

update ko lang: i decided not to go to a gastroenterologist yet.  i tried my best to eat as much fiber  as i could.  5 different kinds of fiber a day (e.g. banana, prunes, nesvita, milk which is a laxative, c-lium). plus sitz bath 3-4 times a day.  after a day or two, i got well, thank God!!! i conclude that i lacked fiber in my diet.  from now on, i'll eat fruits everyday. change of lifestyle talaga dapat para tuloy-tuloy na ang paggaling.

Ako my hemorrhoids din ata.kasi one time habang hinuhugasan ko yung butt ko may nakapa ako.tapos pinicturan ko pa sha kasi gusto ko makita.maliit lang naman sha.kapag umiiri ako dun sha lumalabas.pero kapag normal naman andun lang sha sa loob.hemorrhoids na ba yun.my constipation problem din ako.kailangan ba operahan agad yun?I'm a little scared.help naman mga sis.doc she can I pm you?

^ sis pareho tayo ng prob.. huhu.. medyo bothered din ako sa akin. my best solution so far is to drink plenty of water, para iwas constipation.

doc she, mas advisable ba mag undergo ng surgery sa hemorrhoid pagkapanganak? isasabay daw right after giving birth para isa na lang daw yung anaesthesia. and anong type of surgery ang ginagawa?

i have hemorrhoid but it worsened after i gave birth (normal delivery) to my 1st baby. i'm worried to get pregnant again kasi i know it will get bigger again.

hi everyone. im just new here and i have hemorrhoids too. sometimes the area around the anus is itchy and irritated pero nawawala din after 2 days siguro. it's on and off. meron ba otc meds or ointment for it? more than my hemorrhoids i think my real problem is constipation. i always feel bloated and heavy. does fiber supplements such as clim helps? thanks so much

As for relieving your hemorrhoids, try Witch Hazel. You can buy it at Healthy Options. Just put some on a cotton ball, then dab it on the affected area, kahit several times a day.

hi! it's been 3 days since i started feeling like i have something stuck in my anus. i've never felt/had this experience. i bent over and looked at the mirror and saw na parang may round something (kinda like a nipple) in my hole. is this hemo? if it is hemo, what can i do to make it go away?

also, how does a person get hemo? i'm never constipated and i always eat fruits and wheat naman.

^ not painful, but more like uncomfortable. like something's always stuck up my anus. no bleeding... are there home remedies you can recommend? i'll have it checked if it doesn't go away after maybe 2 weeks. it's been 3 days palang, maybe i'm just overreacting?

Kobekitten- try doing hot sitz bath. Immerse your buttocks in warm water for 15 mins 2-3x a day. The drink a lot of water and eat fiber rich food.

^Sis kobekitten, you just put some witch hazel (Dickinson's will do) on a cotton ball, and dab it on your H. You can do it once a day, or several times a day if you have time

gosh, first time kong makakita ng blood sa stool ko kanina. actually, while i was wiping, may konting blood. yung pinkish lang pero d sticky. tapos nung tiningnan ko yung stool ko, may konting blood nga. pero yung feeling ko parang mahapdi ng konti yung anus  ko pero sandali lang mga 1 minute lang. hemorrhoid kaya to?
