Freeswan- it may be due to constipation and with hard stools, it may irritate the mucosa of your anus causing blood tinged stools and slight pain. But anal fissure may also be a consideration however, the pain is more prominent.

^ hi doc, no pain at all. actually, nung nagpoop ako *sorry mga sis ha*, it was longer ang bigger kasi i've been
constipated for the past few days na. yun din ang naisip ko baka anal fissure lang din. the following day, i
pooped again although i was able to pass but the stool is kinda hard again pero no blood na this time. thank
God!

Anal fissure is very painful. I don't think you have that based on your description.

Hi Doc....

When I started my Lupron treatment nagkaron nako ng bleeding sa when pooping...

Sabi ng ob ko temporary lang daw...Ginawa ko na lahat talagang merong fresh blood pa rin daily yun natatakot
ako baka maubusan nako ng dugo

Ive tried clium fiber daily,daflon,faktu,hot sitz

Pwede malaman yun clinic hours nyo sa clinica manila & cardinal? Pa pm pls

Nagpa consult na ako 2 months ago and pinainom ako ng daflon & lactulose. Ok naman effect sakin. Just today, nag dugo sya ng di ko alam bakit & bothered ako mas nag swell sya now than before. Nag hot sit bath ako medyo nag lessen swelling.

im so happy yung hemorroids ko nawala without doing anything..kumain lang ako ng fruits especially kiwi then lot of veggies..
kaya mga sis importante talaga yung kumakain tayo ng mga fruits na pampadumi para hindi tayo nagkakaroon ng
constipation....

oh i had this in 2005. it was so painful to the point na kahit nakaupo na ko sa office, masakit na talaga. i didnt drink water that much kasi. so what i did, i ate a lot of fiber tapos puro salads lang talaga ako kasi masakit pag nag poo pag meat ang kinakain ko. but it came to a point na hindi ko na kaya. i resigned from work (first job ko lang yun after graduating so i didnt mind) and yun na nagpatingin na ko sa doctor and we had a procedure na may micro camera na ininsert sakin to see what's happening. pwede din daw kasi colon cancer pag may blood sa stool but thankfully hindi naman. the doctor also suggested to go into surgery. he gave me suppositories and suggested na i should sit on hot steam for a few minutes each day for 7 days ata.

i didn't go to surgery kasi hindi ako pinayagan ng dad ko pero thankfully nag cure din naman siya on its own. nakatulong ng sobra yung suppositories at yung fiber diet.

You underwent colonoscopy. The hot sitzbath should have your buttocks immersed in warm water. The warm water touching the anal area will decrease the swelling and inflammation. High fiber diet is the key. If with no constipation, this will prevent straining, without straining, hemorrhoids will not get inflammed. good for you.

hi doc, ano kaya nangyari? i noticed that i only had the blood when i was super constipated days ago. after that, wala na.
tapos yesterday, medyo constipated din ako, i thought may blood ulit pero wala na.

Freeswan- you might only have an early grade hemorrhoids . Have it checked for peace of mind if the blood recurs.

Julydc- can be positioned in the lithotomy position , same as the position when giving birth and on the jack knife position where in you lay down flat on your stomach.
