Gradeschool pa lang ako I already have an ENT doctor, pero it's the usual medications lang din naman. I have memorized the category of medicines for allergies and asthma, what I like, and the side effects I don't like, so I don't see why I should still waste consultation fees on doctors prescribing the same medicines since more than 20 years ago.
Unless meron PHYSICAL problem ang nasal cavity ko, like having Nasal Polyps, Nasal bleeding, deformed/defective/dislocated nasal cartilages that needs an operation.

Natural Treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis
http://www.thorne.com/altmedrev/.fulltext/5/5/448.pdfNatural Anti-histamines = Vitamin C, Bromelain, Quercetin
http://www.vrp.com/inflammation/inflammation/quercetin-bromelain-and-c-allergy-support-and-moreThis year I started taking Quercetin + Vitamin C, Acidophilus (Probiotics) and so far so good. Complete pa rin yung 1 banig ng antihistamines ko, I haven't used it in months.
Allergy is related to our immune system, so what you really need is not ANTI-allergy, but PRO-immune system boosters. My allergologist gives me antibodies if he thinks it's too low/weak to fight off infections and also multi-vitamins to boost my immune system. ENT doctors don't make any such suggestions except ANTI-histamines.
I also heard of SINUPRET, it's herbal and just over-the-counter.
I hope more doctors consider other forms of natural medicines.
