I'd like to sposor a child's education. Does anyone have an idea about any organizations for this? Alam ko meron kaya lang di ko makita eh

"World Vision" google mo na lang sis    May program sila na mag i sponsor ka nang bata.

Oo nga world vision ang prominent sa search ko. Alam ko may org na pwedeng mag sponsor sa education ng bata at bibigyan ka talaga ng update sa schooling nila. World vision din ba yun? Upon visiting the website kasi, the money goes not only on education but for health, food, etc.

Nagbibigay din nang update ang world vision sis. Pwede pa nga kayo magsulatan nang sponsored child mo.

^^Try mo sis sa Pag-asa ng Pamilya Scholarship Foundation Focus lang sila sa education talaga.

Medyo na-turn off lang ako sa World Vision kasi pati ba naman sa birthday gift at Xmas gift for the sponsored child may minimum amount. Naiintindihan ko na yung monthly support for education dapat fixed or may minimum amount talaga. Pero kung pati bday gift at Xmas gift may minimum amount (na medyo malaki), parang sapilitan na tuloy and dating sa akin.

Yung sa Christmas gift baka kasi sis gusto nila uniform ang gifts na ma re receive nang mga bata para walang inggitan. Yung sa birthday dapat voluntary lang talaga.

Twice na ako nakakapag birthday party sa CRIBS.
Super touching mag spend ng day with them specially sa New Beginnings group.
These are girls who were sexually abused. 

Although if you want, there's also an option to spend time with the babies and toddlers naman.

They have 2 sections kasi sa facility nila.

You need to send them an email or call them to book a date.  Then they have a wishlist that you can refer to para mas madali ma identify what they need and ano pwede mo ma donate. 
I usually refer to the list and bring packed meals and treats.  I sometimes drive by doon para mag abot ng used clothes rin and canned goods.    Ok na sila dun! =)


PS: Na enjoy ko mag birthday sa cribs kasi yung kids/teens, nag preprepare pa sila ng song number para sa visitors nila.  So in case you guys are going, sure yun na after ng event nyo, kakanta sila for you guys with matching thank you letter pa kaya nakaka touch! =)

Anyone knows a charitable org / institution na nag-iissue ng certificate after making a donation? Planning to donate kasi on behalf of someone and then give them the certificate as form of a gift. Thanks in advance sa sasagot

I am sponsoring a kid thru World Vision and will be applying as a volunteer at Concordia CHildren's Services, it's an orphanage in Old Sta. Mesa. Hindi ko pa alam kung anong ieexpect but I am very excited. Baka may mga sis tayo jan na gusto sumama? Malapit sya sa PUP Sta.Mesa
