Kindly suggest Charities in the Philippines

A foreigner asked me to give 3 to 4 charities in the Philippines na gusto niyang tulungan. Ang gusto niya kasi is problem/issue-specific rather than a general charity.

Ang naiisip ko lang is Bantay Bata at Gawad Kalinga. Baka may alam pa kayo, kindly suggest naman po. Let's help this friend help our fellow Filipino.

Project Brave Kids currently supports families whose children are being treated at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center, located at Quezon Avenue corner Agham Road in Quezon City. Its programs are implemented in close coordination with the hospital administration and the Section of Hematology and Oncology of PCMC.

Just a note.  There is an accrediting office for NGOs and charitable foundations.  Look up the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (or something that sounds like it) for the list of foundations.  You can also check with SEC.

I support UNICEF Philippines and WWF Philippines. 

World Vision ang naiisip ko, as well as PGH for various units there, Fabella Hospital also needs donations for its neonatology unit.  You can also inquire with various orphanages and homes for the aged and/or disabled like White Cross, CRIBS Philippines, Golden Acres, Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, etc.  Your parish may also be of help.
