100 adults 30 kids yung package... pero umabot pala ako ng 40 kids kaya nag-dagdag din kami for the excess kids... and yes, lunchtime kami... 10am to 2pm yung party... ample naman yung time... hizon's was superb... masarap lahat ng food... oasis was okay din except for the fact that nahirapan yung party decorators and foodcarts namin kasi wala silang utility lift... eh hindi sila allowed gumamit ng lift... kaya super nahirapan sila... so in a way, i find them a bit unreasonably strict.

Caterer: Queensland -- lahat nasarapan. courteous staff. lahat ng requests ko madali nilang sinusunod.

Venue: The columns -- 5k rent with 5k security deposit. Medyo masungit lang si ate dun sa admin dahil siguro madami din ginagawa pero hassle free naman. Strict lang sila sa requirements. Need sponsorship. thank you sa new found friend ko at dahil sakanya dito kami nakapag party. THANK YOU sis F!

Host: we had wizzo -- non stop ang raves ng guests ko. kahit ngayon sa office pinag uusapan pa din nila. worth it ang bayad ko.

Photo and video: JV All Events paki tignan nalang mga pictures from my party masipag kumuha at andun ang details ng mga importante. which is yun ang hinahanap ko. i am not a fan of super edited pictures, mas gusto ko ito, all natural at detailed ang nangyari. 10/10

Venue dress up: JV balloons ayaw ko masyado ng maraming koloretes sa party kasi may mga lamps na kasama na sa venue ayaw ko maging OA kaya ayan, stryo backdrop lang saka huge tarp ang pillars.

Dessert buffet: Sweet treats - sa una walang kumukuha, pero nung nasimulan na, taob na. as in simot.

Giveaways: Handicrafts atbp mini stools. maraming na-cute-an kaya pati adults nakikuha na din.

Cake: Pastry Garden -- according to my brother this is the most delicious chocolate cake na natikman niya

LEchon: Aling nene's lechon-- madami din nasarapan. masarap naman talaga.

Venue, location & foodwise, they met our expectation. I am just very disappointed with the way they handled our event. My balloon decorator called me around 2pm na hindi daw sya makakasetup ng 3pm dahil egress daw yun ng susundan naming party. Ok fine with me, since inassure naman nya ako na kaya naman yun ng 30 mins. So when I arrived 3:30, imagine my disgust seeing na hindi pa tapos yung party and andun na sa venue ang ilan sa mga guests ko. I talked to a crew pero walang nangyari, I watched for 15mins parang wala silang balak umalis. So I asked my husband to look for the manager, pinagpasapasahan pa sya yun pala manager na yung una nyang nakausap. I kept my cool, asked delayed ba sinundan namin dahil late na sila nagsimula? Hindi daw. Eh kako, bakit di pa rin sila pinapaalis eh dapat nakakapagsetup na kami? Kasi daw di kanila yung host. Sa loob-loob ko, eh ano naman ngayon kung outside host? Awa ng Diyos umalis din sila few mins after ng usap namin, pero take note, walang apology galing sa kanila, magextend na lang daw kami. Ayos ha.

Ruby is now my suking cake maker. The cake tastes delicious, moist & she copied the picture I sent her very well. Easy to talk to pa! I cant wait for another celebration having one of her cakes!

At the event itself, impressed ako sa work ethics nila. Hindi talaga ako mahilig sa pictures pero I love looking back so I made sure unlike Aidan's baptism, meron akong maki-keep na memento. The edited videos are sooo beautiful, my husband said even better than our wedding. We were a bit disappointed sa turnaround time ng mga deliverables, portrait namin wala pa. They did not inform na kelangan sa amin pala manggaling yung pic. Ang promised time for delivery kasi 1 month pero after 1 month wala pa. So nangulit na yung asawa ko. Ayoko pa naman ng nangungulit, pag nangako ka gawin mo. But I can let this go, they just something to fix, not that bad naman for me.

Dianne, the owner is my gradeschool classmate. I got her packages after inquiring for a friend. Gusto ko kasi hindi masyadong mahal pero decorative pa rin. She also printed the tarp for the door entrance & parang concert backdrop. So she met my expectations.

Food   - Homemade molo soup + best of Contis + General's Lechon
Cake and Cupcakes - Baked by a friend. I made most of the toppers. Working with gumpaste/fondant was harder than I thought. I have new-found respect for cake makers.
Decors - Balloons are from various party shops. The Victorian Mirror is a find from Tokyo, the rest, I already own. So basically, these are DIYs from stuff lying around the house.
