ako naman sa ebay bumili maternity dresses, although they are not really maternity dresses per se. just cute dresses which are loose around the tummy area like A-line and empire-cut dresses. made of comfortable, stretchy materials of course. thankfully maliit lang [ata] ako magbuntis so no need for special maternity clothing. okay na ko sa dress, or loose top with leggings. another plus is i could still use them post-partum.

@Sis delisyus: Hi sis! I actually read ur blog/review about Eden. In fairness, you look really nice in all your Eden clothes! Sis ask ko lang where you buy your Eden goods? I visited their multiply site but from the looks of it kasi they really haven't replied dun sa mga previous comments e.  I'm interested in getting their bento box din and some of their dresses. Hope you can help me!! Thanks!! 

do e-mail them nga, like what Grayce said or find them on facebook kasi mabilis din sila mag-reply dun... and I always relay such things to my friend kasi nga sabi ko, mega promote ko sila, tas hindi sila sumasagot ng orders

but i also think kasi na busy galore sila kasi nga delayed na yung launch ng showroom nila and new collection...

if you're anywhere near rockwell... they sell their tops at Aura Athletica (infinitude, aria tank, bento box) and their dresses at Moana, both in Power Plant Mall... mafi-fit mo pa if gusto mo sya and the look is you...

ishko - may mga hand me downs sakin na maternity clothes pero di ko sinusuot, kagaya nung mga jumpers saka maternity pants, kaso di ko type hehe.. di naman ako ganun kalaki naluluwagan ako.. mas ok sakin ang loose blouse saka leggings/shorts. Dati nakakapagwear pa ako ng mga t-shirts ngayon hindi na hehe bitin na siya kita na yung tummy ko

sis bbmack- i'm on my 14th wk pero ang sisikip na ng mga damit ko.. bumili ako ng maternity dress pero feeling ko sobrang luwag naman... hindi ko tuloy masuot...

so everytime na palaki ang tyan natin, buy din ba tayo ng damit na kakasya? masyado yatang expensive yun, mahal pa naman ang mga damit ng buntis

ishko - loose blouse lang binibili ko sis, [textspeak!] maluwag sa bandang tiyan.. hindi sa preggy section, pricey kasi tapos di naman lahat maganda design, saka para masuot pa rin natin after giving birth dba..  and a must have for every preggy woman --leggings haha... bumibili lang ako ng damit pag trip lang, d naman kasi ako nagwowork kaya bahay lang parati.. saka ang binibili sakin ni hubby yung boyfriend shirt ba yun (?) not sure kung yun yung tawag hehe.. parang polo shirts pero pangbabae..

my hubby keeps on making comments na halata na raw ang tiyan ko esp when wearing my old clothes. pero parang mas gusto ko to wear dresses / skirts pag di na talaga ubra ang mga damit ko  o kaya cute tops na medyo maluwag.

bumili ako maternity clothes nung 6 months nako. meron pa din kase kayong pants/jeans saken eh, di nga lang naka-zipper mas comfortable saken ayung mga nabili kong maternity pants kesa sa ga leggings lang.

sa mga blouse naman, di pa ako nabili kase di kasya saken yung pinaka-small sa gingersnaps. gamit ko pa din yung karamihan sa mga damit ko before i got pregnant. di ko din nagugustuhan yung mga maternity blouses sa mall, di kase masyado fashinable for me eh.

^ako rin sis, yung office uniform ko naka-zipper lang pero di ko na ma-hook 

meron bang nabibiling "belt" or something na pang-"extend" ng waistline? gusto ko pa rin kasi masuot yung iba kong pants kasi maganda ang bagsak. yun nga lang e di masara. he he he.

^meron maternity belt for jeans/belly belt yung tawag ata, parang pangextend siya esp pag di mo na mazipper at masara yung button ng jeans mo hehe.. di ko lang sure kung san nabibili pero baka meron sa preggy section ng dept store..

^meron sa havin a baby. 1k plus. 3 na kasama dun. di ako comfortable kaya napabili din ako ng pants nung tumagal. wala naman kase uniform sa office namin kaya kahit ano pwede isuot.

ako puro dress ang sinusuot ko ngayon. di naman ako bumili ng matenity clothes kase masasayang lang naman sya.. i invest nalang sa mga dress para magamit ko pa after

sorry pero fan nga kasi ako ng Eden so i will share this... na that's the problem nga with our old clothes, or even some maternity clothes... they don't grow with you... and if you invest in some, what will you do w/ them post-partum? and even loose tunics will not feel comfy on you after sometime, trust me

although sorta myth din naman nga na saglit mo lang gagamitin ang maternity clothes kasi halos 10 months naman nga ang pagbubuntis and may post partum belly/excess weight pa tayo to deal with... but yeah, you don't start out big naman, you grow...

which brings me to Eden (i find them the classiest and most versatile for the price), Mothers En Vogue (Singapore brand na uber ganda daw talaga ng fabric but costs almost 3x ng Eden so I can't afford), Mamaway (some) and Mama Au Lait (some) na maternity con nursing tops... they grow with you, you can use them post partum, you can breastfeed in them, and they don't look like the usual maternity/breastfeeding clothes

you can also check out Linea Negra's brands if you go to HK... like Maternal America, Boob, etc (pero syempre mahal)

^di ko type si mothers en vogue, ang pangit ng fit! 

i second the montion with sis delisyus. it's better to invest in maternity clothes na classic pieces, better if you can use them post partum as nursing wear. it's like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone

sis delisyus: dilemma ko rin ngayon ang medyo maluwag na pants it's been 2 weeks since i gave birth but ramdam ko nang biglang pagluwag ng ibang clothes ko na hindi ko binili from eden.

i bought 2 maternity pants sa great expectations, 1k+ each...

then bumili din ako ng maternity dresses sa buntis, nasa 900 each...

naisip ko lang na parang tama si sis ana mimi, parang sayang pera... hindi ko din masusuot after, kahit ngayon di ko pa masuot... maluwag pa masyado... maghahanap din ako ng dress na pwede masuot even after giving birth... ang hirap pa naman pumunta sa mall, nag-cramps ako sa paglalakad ng malayo... hays

Grayce... but oh, diba sakin pati maki pants ng Eden, naglawlaw talaga... but kasi naman din, I've registered a 50 lb weight loss since giving birth na... understandable   buti na lang, I had a lot of leggings pala from before I got preggy

Hirap din ako maghanap ng maternity clothes. Karamihan ng maternity dresses na nakikita ko masyadong bulaklakin  At ang mga maternity pants, ang mamahal. Nasasayangan akong bumili kasi isang pair ng maternity pants ay halos kasing-mahal na ng dress.

Ang solusyon ng hubby ko sa araw araw kong pagsasabi ng "i have nothing to wear!" - dinala niya ang mga luma kong slacks sa mananahi at pinalagyan ng garter lahat.
