kung ayos lang po, sa mga may circuit training program, puwede pong papost ng circuit program nyo? Desperado nako! nagplateau nako! I can't lose the last 10 lbs!

This is what i did before a 2 day upper lower circuit. worked very well for me (this program plus extra cardio when i have time):

upper body day 1:

incline bench press (smith machine or dumbbells) - 1 set 8-12 reps
underhand cable pulldown - 1 set 8-12 reps
overhead shoulder press (smith or dumbbells) - 1 set 8-12 reps
tricep pushdown - 1 set 8-12 reps
seated cable row- 1 set 8-12 reps
side lateral raise - 1 set 6-10 reps
barbell curl - 1 set 6-10 reps
ab crunch machine - 1 set 15-20 reps
hanging leg raise - 1 set 15-20 reps

*complete the circuit 2-3 times ideally 3. it'll take about 30 mins.

lower body day 2:

Squats (smith or dumbbell) - 1 set 8-12 reps
Calf raises - 1 set 8-12 reps
lunges - 1 set 8-12 reps
deadlift (with dumbbell) - 1 set 8-12 reps
hamstring curl machine - 1 set 8-12 reps
ab crunch machine - 1 set 15-20 reps
leg raise - 1 set 15-20 reps
back extension -  1 set 8-12 reps

*complete the circuit 2-3 times ideally 3. it'll take about 30 mins.

Here's a guide with pictures of the exercises http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

I also tried the circuit program of 360 fitness. it's good but i wont ever make it my main workout for life--nothing beats a complete gym with equipment!

Is this the one with the use of hydraulics instead of plates and then the wholw workout lasts only for 33minutes? I think it was offered here in retiro and for ladies only nga ito dun sa gym.

i HAVE INQUIRED HERE NGA SA RETIRO shapes and curls [textspeak!].. im so eager to enroll pricey lang tlaga for a student like me. mayron pa kayang much affordable gym sa qc na offering circuit training girls?

My fiance swears by 360. He's vying to be one of the ambassadors. Here's his video: http://youtu.be/MYFPxOoTTmo . :)

I also know a lot of people (mga ultimate frisbee players) who do 360 and you can really see the difference. It's not for everyone though.
I want to try it when my injured knee is better. :P

I researched circuit training at home, and I tried it. Grabe pala. tagaktak ang pawis ko in just 10 minutes. Unlike dati sa routine ko 30 minutes pa konti lang pawis ko...
