Bathroom Renovation

I have around 10sqm (or less) bathroom that i want to be renovated and give it a hotel-like feel. Anyone can suggest a good and reliable bathroom designer?  How much kaya standard rate for this type of renovation? Kumabaga, I just want to change the tiles, that's all.

very impressive yung showroom nila dyan and may mosaic tiles pa sila. they also have a small showroom sa Ortigas Home Depot, SURFACE naman yung name. if you really want a hotel-ish type of bathroom, FELPORT has the right tiles for you.

sis, matutuwa ka sa showroom nila, ang ganda talaga ng bathroom fixtures nila and in my own opinion, affordable naman siya.

^u mean Felport and Bravat? no sis, supply lang sila. you need someone to install it. if not a contractor, kahit someone na lang na may alam sa plumbing (for the bathroom fixtures) and carpentry/painter (for the repainting of walls). goodluck!

^depende sa cost ng tiles and bathroom fixtures. i suggest you get these from Home depots kasi mura sila compared sa bathroom specialty stores (unless mag-major SALE sila).

depende din sa bayad ng workers mo per day, iba-iba kasi sumingil yang mga yan and minsan depende pa sa galing nila (according to a contractor friend).

if italian tiles off sizes sila, pag china tiles standard 30, 60 40 cm, pag italian kasi 59.8 cm ( ganun ) pero maganda ang texture ng italian, spanish at imported tiles- try active global solution in reposo and tile gallery in greenhils, jan recent purchase ko ng tiles eh

nagpagawa byenan ko ng bathroom for us... they spent for the construction and the trabahante so i dont know how much total gastos.. but we bought the other fixtures..
like we bought pozzi na brand na cheapest toilet + water tank.. around P14,000++.. included na dun ang soft close na toilet seat.
and toilet paper holder... towel holder.. baskets na fixed sa wall.. aluminum sya..kasoh ang brand they go for P200 to P400..

sa wilcon namin binili halos lahat..

ace brand na paint ang binili namin kasi we have a baby in the room kaya dapat odorless.. P1000++ for a small can (they can customize the color)

Bali sa amin yung tiles and cements. Anyone who can recommend someone na maganda mag design ng bathroom and pulido ang gawa?

sorry ha? i cannot recommend the trabahante that did our bathroom kasi mabagal sila gumawa at hinde pulido. i would constantly push them and ask bakit di pa nila tapos..
nakuha lang ng byenan ko yung mga trabahante na yun from the contarctor who did the roof.. try mo sa classified ads...
hirap kasi minsan sa mga trabahante kung makakalusot ...eh ita-try lumusot.. petiks pa minsan lalo pag wala ka maghapon sa bahay to check on them

never ever nako magpupurchase kay felport, akalain nyo ba naman yung cheke ko last dec 18 pa nagaantay na kunin nya! hay naku, ayaw nila ako bentahan, edi wag!

Just get a contractor and have them quote for the area (labor only). They will tell you to what matl's to buy.

For tiles, just look around sa mga wilcon or home depot. madami dun. You can get reasonably good tiles for around P220-300. If you are on a budget, mariwasa is ok din. Pero if you want to splurge, go for italian brands
(homogenous/porcelain).

For fixtures, madami nang maganda na mura ngayon- look at apollo homestore for low budget, bravat or hcg for mid-end, kuysen for hi-end fixtures.  Usually, they have their own range of basin mixers.

For design- just browse online or look at magazines.

Kuysen also has mid-range fixtures (e.g. CAE and Rembrandt brand), Hansgrohe yung high-end nila.

For our 3 bathrooms that we renovated we bought tiles from Wilcon (Mariwasa & Lepanto), water closet and sink from Kohler (price comparable to American Standard) and fixtures from Grohe (Dexterton)

The contractors are still finishing up but so far it looks great! =D

We bought our granite and travertine tiles at Tile Express Shop, Moments bathroom collection of American Standard from Wilcon, Roca shower fixtures from MC Home Depot, tempered glass shower enclosures and wall-mounted frameless mirror customized by Jaro Glass, led pin lights from Decor.

we've decided to get our bathroom tiles from felport, am just canvassing for the toilets and lavatories. any recommendations for mid range toilets? better ba ang american standard than hcg? or roca? wanting the modern look sana. kaso these become more expensive. am tempted with the Cool toilets (Ortigas Depot). it's relatively cheap pero has the modern look, just wondering if madaling masira sa fittings.
