Bathroom Renovation

What I did for the bathroom renovation is check modern bathroom designs sa internet .  Ang damong pwedeng gayahin. Then, we bought the tiles and fixtures/accessories from Wilcon. Meron din bathroom doors na PVC. 

Ang hirap lang  kapag renovation , puro alikabok. Tip, buy some plastic rolls ,iyong gaya sa book cover and ilagay ito parang curtain para hindi gaano mag spread alikabok sa area . Ex sa masters bedroom kami nag pa renovate . So, isinabit namin from ceiling to floor ang plastic cover  separating the area where the workers will work ,para hindi naman gaano magdumi sa buong bedroom.

Last year hubby changed the faucet from manual to that with sensor. Forgot the brand though but it was bought from hafele in gb5. He also has led tv installed per my request hehe

May alam ba kayo gumagawa ng bathroom enclosures . I need a custom made one because of the shape ng shower area.

I believe pozzi is a China brand, that made me iffy when we were looking for fixtures for our bathroom renovations. We ended up buying Kohler toilets and sinks - price wasn't that far off from Pozzi and American home.

We had our house renovated. For the bathroom, we opted to buy Cremona shower enclosure, for fixtures/showers American Standard. Since yun din yung brand ng Mom-in law ko and for so many years okay pa din. so both bathroom are having the same brand for fixtures.

For our 2nd floor tiles, we had Roman brand if i am not mistaken. I like how our foreman did it, super pulido talaga.

Here's the sample pic. Our 2nd floor bathroom is small because we adjusted it to have much bigger wardrobe /walk in closet space.

hi sis mishyla, ganyan din style ng bathroom namen yung accent tiles niya was set vertically. How much is your shower enclosure from cremona? thanks

mrsryan, cute diba, actually since imported tiles yung napili namin, we had it designed dun sa Wilcon design hub, ang hindi nila sinabi, iba iba pala yung tiles, like may 7 designs siya even if stripes lang, we did figure it out before makabit, so yun, nagpakaOC si hubby maglabel.

Yung enclosure, if i'm not mistaken nasa 18-19k siya, pero may discount nung nabili namin siya. We bought it sa CW Home Depot Balintawak. Installation not free (3,500 yun) what we did eh since may bibilhin pa kami ulit sa home depot, pinakita sa amin paano siya ikabit, we recorded it na lang (video) then si hubby nag instruct sa mga workers to do it. Medyo hassle pero okay naman.

Yung bathroom sa 1st floor, medyo tipid mode na, American Standard pa din mga fixtures pero tiles eh mariwasa lang, we opted yung black and white combination. Same design na vertical, so hindi nalalayo sa design ng sa taas namin.

Hello mga sis!
I am thinking of having a condo bathroom completely renovated, as in palitan lahat.
It's about 8sqm (super tiny).

Mga gaano kaya katagal ang renovation?

Ang worry ko kasi, do we have to move out for a while hagang ginagawa? It's the one and only bathroom in our one-bedroom condo.

Aabutin kaya ng two weeks?

Sis we recently had our condo bathroom tiles fixed. Yes we were unable to use the toilet and bathroom for I think 3 days kasi kailangan tanggalin tiles, tanggalin yung fixtures, then flood test (overnight or two days ata) then install again the tiles, then install fixtures. Dami rin kasing requirements ng condo namin,  like workers can only work for certain hours each day, no work on Sunday, etc. Siguro tumagal ng a little more than 1 week yung sa amin, and tiles lang yun. If I were you I would have a contingency plan for where to go while the bathroom is being fixed.

Mukhang kailangan ko din mag-file ng leave to supervise the construction. I will schedule this na for next year.
