Anyone into Muay Thai?

I go to elorde abad santos, before boxing lang then after more than 2 years nagswitch na ako ng muay thai. February this year lang ako nagstart, so far okay naman. Lately hindi pa ako nakakabalik kase busy pero will go back again next week.

If you're in Ortigas, Pasig, there's Muay Thai lessons in ULTRA. It's one of the best actually, it's the gym of the national team, the trainers are national athletes actively competing and training so you get the latest and best in lessons. Lots of women learning Muay Thai there. Cost: P300. (P100 gym, P200 instructor).

And you get to use the new oval of Ultra for free as well for your running needs.

How do you avail this? Available pa kaya? I jog at ULTRA every Saturday, might as well take my MT classes there. Currently taking MT classes at Elorde The Upper Deck.

anyone tried Penalosa Boxing Gym in Betterliving, Para?aque?

I've been training at www.khaolakmuaythai.com and the trainers there are amazing. REally patient and friendly, and the gym has a fun atmsphere. I was going to go to Tiger MT but heard it was full of steroid-heads

Khao Lak is beautiful, totally different from Phuket, which i didnt enjoy at all
