BEST DRIVING SCHOOL Thread 2

I just finished my driving lesson sa Socialites in Starmall Las Pinas. I got yung 6hrs manual+4hrs matic nila for 4,800. For me sulit naman kaht na medyo minadali ko ata pero gagauge naman kasi nila if pwede ka na mag2hrs. Pumayag naman sila so nakapag2hrs ako. mga 6 days ko lang natake lahat.

Ok yung si Michael for manual, magaling siya magbreakdown ng instruction. Saka ramdam ko na gusto nya yung tinuturo nya kaya kahit na parang nakakalito ang manual, in no time, ok naman ako. Was able to drive nung sunday bago bumuhos ng malupit yung bagyo and yet I didn't feel afraid naman kasi steady pa rin ang instructions niya. Ayun lang, walang parking siya na tinuro sakin.

yung si eric naman for matic, ok siya sa diskarte. tinuruan nya rin ako magpark so kumpleto naman yung experience for me. pero mas kinakabahan ako kapag siya kasama ko. minsan natataranta ako e automatic na nga yung dinadrive ko.

ngayon, i'm driving my car na automatic na vios, so far so good pero nakakatakot kasi kapag nabangga bayad ko hehe hopefully mas lumakas loob ko in the future. ^_^

I agree with you sis babsi! I enrolled in Smart too. I'm not sure if we had the same lecturer pero ang dami nya lang alam haha 

I keep forgetting his name though I remember him having blonde hair. He talks a lot, jokes a lot, smiles a lot. Yeah, lecturer's adorable.

Nice! Tip lang before you start your class try mong magresearch ng articles sa internet about driving on manual or automatic transmission which ever you're getting o kaya naman videos about driving sa youtube para at least you have an idea di ba. Good luck on your driving!

^welcome sis! true, ang mahal sa a1. i'll be enrolling sa society since they have a promo this september, baka interested ka. medyo malayo nga lang sa yo (i think) based sa choices mo ng driving school.

I highly recommend Smart Driving Montalban. Registrar is super friendly, pati instructor.

5500 for 10 hours with free 1 hour, 2 hours per session, after day 1 I requested na 1 instructor na lang for the entire course. So additional 1500. Mas ok na isa na lang instructor mo since day 1, mas kilala na nya kung ano strength/weakness mo, may assessment naman everyday. Never ako sinigawan ng instructor ko, kahit na madalas akong mamatayan! lol Super bait and friendly nya.

Day 1: Basics - Stroll around Robinsons Montalban Area
Day 2: Nagdrive na ako papuntang wawa dam. Challenge for me since medyo hi-way and madaming sasakyan, uphill/downhill, blind spot/curves. May part na masikip dahil traffic, masikip dahil one way road since may ginagawa sa kabilang side, matao.
Day 3: Montalban-San Mateo Area - heavy traffic. Maneuver, reverse and parking
Day 4: Night driving, Montalban-Litex-Commonwealth-Quezon City Circle-SM North route. Buwis buhay pero salamat kay Kuya Instructor na mabilis ang kamay mang-agaw ng manibela. Practice uphill/downhill, curves, busy at masikip na kalsada, highway driving, lahat na yata napractice na dito
Bukas ay Day 5 ko na, then last day on Monday. Wednesday would be my 2-hour seminar/lecture.

Mamimiss ko yun instructor ko Gusto ko sana kunin number nya kaso nahihiya ako baka bawal. Natutuwa ako sa dami ng natutunan ko, parang gusto ko sya regaluhan sa last day namin, kaso normal ba yung ganun baka kung anong isipin nya sakin lol

Hi vanillamist! I enrolled in Smart also! Nakachikahan ko din yung registrar sa branch where I enrolled and yes some students give tips to their instructors. Yung iba monetary yung iba naman in kind according to her ha. Pero ako wala akong binigay haha. Ang dami ko kasing naging instructor eh. Why not naman just to return the favor di ba? But its up to you girl. Maybe you can also ask for his number so he can still help you out with your questions etc. especially if there is no one else that you can ask. Kung ayaw eh di wag haha

Siguro tip na nga lang. Hindi ko naman alam kung anong ibibigay kong gift sa kanya Any idea sisses?

Natuwa lang talaga ako dahil wala akong background sa driving, lalo na sa manual, and yet ngayon I can drive na kahit sa highway pa. Konting practice na lang. And masaya lang talaga ko dahil ang bait at friendly ng natapat na instructor sakin, sobrang mabiro and pag namamatayan ako dahil sa maling timpla ng clutch, never sya sumigaw. magsasabi lang sya ng reminders para sa mali na nagawa ko, then biglang joke para hindi ako mahiya. Isa pa sa gusto ko sa kanya, pagtapos na yun session for the day, hindi nya ko basta papababain lang sa sasakyan. Tatanungin nya muna kung nandun na yung sundo ko, and he will let me stay inside the car while waiting sa sundo ko. Sa loob na lang daw muna ako instead na sa labas pa ako mag antay, mainit.



Kung pwede ko lang iextend yung oras para magpaturo pa sa kanya. Kaso mapapamahal nako lol

I treated na lang pala two of my instructors. Yung second to the last nag drive thru kami. Lesson din namin kasi yun that day. I paid for our meals. Same with my last instructor. Dumaan kami sa fast food. Pati si registrar binilhan namin haha. Lucky you with your instructor! What's his name? Baka we had the same?

For me, maganda talaga sa Smart Driving School
Very professional mga instructors nila, pati registrar and lecturer.
Madami akong natutunan sa Orientation, kasi diniscuss na nya lahat....
From basics, to troubleshooting and defensive driving.
Pero di naman ganun ka-detailed, at least may idea ka na.

sis janel, si sir Al po. Sabi sakin sa registrar, marami daw talaga nagrerequest sa kanya. he is with smart driving for 5 years na pala. ang smart pala galing sa A1  . Nagkakwentuhan kasi kami kanina sa registrar e. sabi sakin, sila saka mga instructor came from A1 din 

Last day ko na sa Monday. 3800 pala kung magrerequest ako ng refresher and pwede daw gamitin yun kotse ko, waiver lang  kelangan.

naghihingi ako ng medal sa instructor ko, ang ganda na ng takbo namin kanina..for the record na daw di nako namatayan. and sanay na sanay na talaga sa gagawin.

still thinking kung itreat ko ba sya or gift na lang. hehe

@vanillamist Aw sayang I didn't get to train with him. Ang kwento naman sa akin nung registrar yung may-air daw ng Smart was once an A1 instructor tapos saka nya tinayo yung Smart and a lot of them came from Nueva Ecija. You go girl! Good luck on Monday! Kwentuhan mo kami

Ang next ko naman gustong pagaralan is yung car maintenance 101. How to change tires, oils, how to jump start battery etc. Meron nito sa A1. Ang rate ata is P999. Parang wala namang ganito sa Smart. Sa mga sis natin may iba pa ba kayong alam na nagooffer nito? Thank you!

sis yun din una kwento ni ate, may ari is from A1. Until I asked about sir Al after our session today. Nakwento nya na from A1 si sir, and sila din.

Yes sis, most of them from N.E. province..

bibilan ko na lang ng chocolates si sir pati si mam registrar. hehe
