on my 5th day na =) di na siya nakakapagod.. except lang sa push ups hehe.. aside from this I also do a 30 minutes walk everyday and i eat what i want in moderation kasi mahirap ideprive ang sarili.. mas double ang effect kasi pag ganun

sa mga nagtatanong kung san pede makakuha neto.. pede nyo idownload nalang.. Torrent siya =) google can help hehe

2nd day ko palang kanina.
dapat pang 8th day ko na kaso nga nagkaperiod.

napapagod ako, pero kinakaya.
hinihingal ako sa jumping, sumasakit yung tuhod ko at paa.

Also, I availed Nestle Fitnesse yung cereal.
gosh feeling ko pasyente ako kase sa lasa.

sana lumiit na ang aking tiyan.

Pa-join din ako mga sis. 5th day ko today and I must say my endurance is getting better. Wala akong weight loss since I started pero moderate lang naman ang kain ko. I take 250mg L-carnitine before I workout and mas pinapawisan ako. I wasn't able to measure myself din before I started. However, napansin ko naman my tummy's firmer pati rin [textspeak!] thighs, calves, and arms ko. Pero malaki pa rin

I missed day 8 yesterday by choice. Sumakit na yung katawan ko yesterday and all I wanted to sleep, so I thought time for my body to repair. Pero I'll do 2 sets today to make for what I missed yesterday. =)

Same here! My first day of Level 2 kanina. Kaloka talaga! Kala ko mamamatay na ko, sobrang hirao, ang dami ko din pahinga and daya. After I finished hingal na hingal ako. hehe. I plan to continue kahit daya daya and tigil tigil until masanay body ko.

^Level 2 halos lahat plank position! Kamatay talaga hehe.

Yup, naisip ko nga sa bagay wheb I started with Level 1, hirap din and nangdaya din naman ako until my body was able to adjust na, sana ganito din sa Level 2. Pamatay talaga sakit ng arms ko!

naputol na naman workout ko! nag 1st day naku sa level 2, grabe! di ko kinaya ambilis para ang bigat pa ng katawan ko! di ako makahabol.. till now, di ko pa natuloy.

Same her sis grabe hirap na hirap ako sa plank position with obliques at yung cheerleader position with dumbbells. Sobra manginig arms ko LOL.

pero hindi ako nagtuloy..
kasi ang sakit ng binti ko..sobra..
ang hirap maglakad..

mali ba landing ko?
i mean, sa balls kasi ako naglaland,hindi sa heels..
kasi naka-paa lang ako magganito..

^You should be able to land somewhere in the middle on most exercises to avoid injuries. You can do that if you are wearing cross-trainers.

For those asking, after the 30 day shred I'd do the other jillian michael's video max shred something or I'd do shaun t.'s insanity workout. =)
