Hello Sisses, Just also want to ask for advice. I am a fresh grad (graduated last April) and I am now working in an offshore company here in SG. The thing is I am not fulfilled with what I am doing right now though the salary is really high. I am planning to go back to the Philippines and pursue my career there. Before I leave for SG, I have very nice offers; salary and career wise, but I am still kinda torn what to choose. High salary with a not so good career experience and work environment or a not so high salary but a very nice training and work environment? Thank you

Choose what will make you happy but if you're in super duper tight need of money, keep your high paying job as long as you can - for practicality's sake.

I've been working for this company for more than 3 years but sa ibang country branch, the work itself is really nice and talagang narealize ko na eto talaga ang gusto kong work. Dalawang magkasunod na Award ang received ko from my previous country Manager because of my dedication sa work na to
because of my previous  performance nung lumipat ng country ang asawa ko Ni recommend ako
ng boss ko sa country branch natanggap naman agad ako.

And my current Manager told me that he is happy with my performance and sinabi rin ng close ko na
administration Officer yun daw ang feedback ni boss sa performance ko.

After one month nakilala ko na si boss tamang hinala sha as in
feeling nya me ginagawa ang lahat ng empleyado nya behind his back
tapos merong dumating na bago nalaman ko na kamag anak pala ng asawa nya un
and lahat ng kilos nirereport ng  ahas na yun....

super strict si boss sa aming ibang empleyado tapos pag dating sa babae na yon

nakakawalang gana lang as in tinatamad ako
di ko lang sure kung makakita pa ko ng ganitong klaseng work din

Maganda ang working hours.  5pm alis na agad sa office.  Utos yan ni bossing.  Although may time na tinatawagan ako sa bahay for some details, but that's ok kase madali lang naman usually request ni boss.

Maayos ang benefits from the company... Pati asawa ko naaambunan kase considered as dependent ko sya. 

Ok naman ang sweldo. Although I won't mind if they will give me more LOL!

masayang masaya ako sa work ko ngaun,, although hindi siya related sa degree na natapos ko..
di ko akalain na dito pala ako sasaya
bago palang ako sa work ko hmm 5 months palang ako pero kahit kailan hindi ko naranasang tamarin sa pagpasok

kapag natatanghali ako ng gising mas pinipili ko pang hindi mag almusal o maligo para makapasok lang ako on time haha! nakakatawa

siguro ang laking bagay din ng OJT ko nung college haha 1500 hours kasi bago ko nakagraduate
kaya ganun ko nalang pahalagahan ang trabaho ko ngayon
saka na train ako kahit paano na makisama sa mga iba't ibang klase ng ugali ng katrabaho

Happy naman ako sa pagiging WAHM...pero I've come to a point that I feel stagnant na. I feel I'm not growing anymore. Looking into trying other lines of work that I can do from home - pero I won't stop writing.

HINDI na to the point na I really have to drag myself to ofc. I work here for more than 5 years. Before passionate at dedicated ako sa work ko even if the salary and personal issue (since relative ng boss ko si co-worker so expect favoritism). However, that dont stop me from loving my job. But now, nag-iba na. Iba na rin ang treatment ng boss ko sa akin. He said he has a plan of sending me for further study but nag-iba ihip ng hangin weeks before the enrollment he became different. I can sense that he became suspicious and always looks for loophole. Hay mahaba-haba pato mga sissies. Ang ending, Ill resign in two months time. Sayang talaga. Sana di nalang siya nag-isip na pag-aralin ako or he'll be truthful coz I can I accept naman whatever his decision. Ayaw ko lang na parating may tension sa aming dalawa and always thinking what I have done eh honest and loyal naman ako sa kanya. It really affects my performance. Personalan na kasi eh. Pero I'll think about what happened as a blessing in disguise, what more na lang kaya if magpush through yung plan niya. Forever utang na loob ko yun. Sayang lang coz nawala na yung respect ko sa kanya.

TBH hinde na gusto ko na magresign pero breadwinner ako so I can't nalalagas na nga buhok ko sa stress eh. I don't know what to do, ayoko naman lumipat and start from the bottom kasi I have a higher position na. Hay nako.
