happy! parang di lang ako nag tatrabaho haha.. enjoy pero minsan nakaka inis.. but i guess it's part of the job.. ganun talaga.. basta just think of the bright side! sweldo! hahaha

nope. pasaway kasi yung chairperson namin. nag-retrench ng employees this year and pinagmulti-task kami, wala namang salary increase! sya kaya magmulti-task! kaya ako, nag-[textspeak!]-busyhan lang palagi at antay ang 15th and 30th of the month harhar

clei: yep. my work is part pro-bono so minsan yun na lang consolation ko-nakakatulong ako sa mga taong 'di nangangailangan ng tulong nyaha. jirritation na talaga ako to the highest. pigang piga na ako at gusto ko na lumipat talaga.

i want to take about 6 months off and travel. mag-iipon talaga ako for that. sana mag-stabilize economy para madali-daling humanap ng trabaho.

Yes, because dami trabaho meaning hindi ko namamalayan ang oras uwian na pala And I also get involved in certain projects na challenging and with that I get to know a lot of people that works in different offices and fields.

No, because all work with little pay. Maliit ang pasahod ... gatumal pa pag dating sa promotion ang pag-uusapan ... puro pangako. No wonder kaya dumarami ang kurakot sa gobyerno.

madalas naman ang reason kaya unhappy tayong mga employees sa jobs natin are the following: low salary, few benefits, and pasaway na boss/employers. ang mga employers kasi gusto nila work ng work lang ang mga employees pero di naman nila binibigyan ng tamang benefits and salaries.

Right now, i'm not happy with where i am working. sobrang pressure and depressing, kc super sick ng mga babies. tapos some people i work with pa,medyo hindi magandang kasama,negative ba. Akala ko nga nung pumunta ko dito (sa USA), mga ibang lahi ang mahirap pakisamahan,pero hindi,kung sino pa yung kalahi mo,sila pa yung grabeng mang down. Minsan nga naiisip ko,sana di na ko umalis ng pinas,medyo mahirap buhay jan,pero relaxing pa din. Gustuhin ko mang umuwi na,mahirap na kasi may pamilya na ko [textspeak!]. I want to change jobs,pero wala naman masyadong opening. Besides,hirap na din ako na 12 hour graveyard shift tapos alaga pa ng anak pag day off.
 Hay buhay abroad...

Minsan, hindi ako masaya.. kahit saan naman tayo mag punta, may mga buraot sa tabi tabi eh. may mga office mate ako na kay bata pa, OA na sa pagsipsip. kulang pa sa pansin..

Not anymore, i have been working for my employer for 7 long years, and i used to be contented and satisfied, I have been challenged and rewarded, i would feel burnt out at some point but after a week vacation i would and could go back on track...but at this point of my career life, all i want is to go out...and start anew, I'm an assistant manager to a call center in makati, i've tried everything to motivate myself, i've had my vacation but when i got back, the magic just didn't work anymore, i still want a new job  i want to start anew..I've been looking for a management position and the process takes longer, i want a new job asap, as i have to drag(literal!) myself to work, and i don't want my performance get affected by boredom and demotivation. I'm thinking of starting over again and work as an agent for a start up company, but i know it's not a wise move..i'm just so confused....tmorrow i have a job interview for a known bank call center in taguig, not a supervisory level, and if the offer is good, i might take it    hayay...i'm weighing all my options

I'm not happy anymore,,,maybe because I'm still young @22 to settle and stick for  1 job... Really looking and waiting for new career this year.. Badly coz it's getting me depressed everytime I go to office...
