are you happy with your work?

I've been working for four years now but lately I'm feeling frustrated. It seems like all I do is work but still hindi pa rin ako nakakaipon.  Nakakapagod rin magpalipat lipat ng company. In my current work, I resigned last December but my superiors talked to me so now I extended. Lately, I feel like I'm going to get burned out again because my work is so toxic. At times it's fun but most of the time it's tiring already. But then when people tell me to find another job, either tinatamad ako maghanap nanaman or the question is where do I go from here.

in my case, i resigned after over 4 years. at first okay naman then i got promoted. i don't know suddenly i felt bored, super okay ang pay and benefits. it's one of the biggest companies in the US doing business here. as in everyday parang wala na ko motivation to go to work.  [textspeak!] 1 year ko din consider na mag resign and had to courage to do it last Dec. good thing may ipon naman ako and now want to go into business. sana maging okay coz dream ko talaga to have my own business and not to join the corporate world anymore. Now its time to let my money work for me. Advise ko sa iba, find your passion and interest coz if you like what you're doing you won't feel like working and it's true that everything doesn't revolve around money alone.

nakakainis diba kapag ganyan boss mo.  Unfair treatment sa iba tapos yung ibang employees get away with pagiging tamad sa trabaho.  May times todo pasa o tambak sa akin ng work kahit sobrang toxic at alam naman nila. I am happy. Although in our department there is  slow climb in the corporate ladder. What I find important is that, my boss recognizes my contribution to the company. Compensation and benefits are good.

not anymore. seriously planning of relocating either cebu or manila. it's time for me to move out of my comfort zone. kaso di pa ako maka-decide talaga, takot ako na di ko mainitindihan. haaay.

i'm a breadwinner kaya i can't afford to lose job even for a single day. ok naman salary plus we have quarterly bonus but considering that its a forever night shift work, parang kulang pa din. idagdag pa na sobrang stressful yung work. para kang laging hinahabol ng sampung kabayo. tapos parang normal na lang sa company un mg-12 or 24-hour shift ka (which i don't do naman. hanggang 12 hrs lang ako). basta for more than 2 years now, sinasabi ng team lead ko that i'm good, fast-learner, etc. pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa din promotion. when my former team lead got promoted, they hired a new team lead na ako nag-train na..almost 1 year na ngayon, hindi pa din alam un work. hay...

i work as site engineer when im so busy i'd always rant but that's my way of coping with pressure minsan straight more than 24 hours nagtatrabaho ok lang sa akin mas masaya ako kung busy at may ginagawa. ang nakakainis lang minsan masyadong demanding ang boss kelangan pag may sinabi tapos agad, pati mga tiga main office minsan if may kelangan silang papers kahit may copy naman sila sa amin pa hahanapin. last november and december patapos na ang project kaya wala na masyadong ginagawa im not happy nakakabagot ang hirap magtrabaho ng walang ginagawa    sa salary i think ok naman kasi we have food allowance, free accomodation, transportation. minsan pag umuuwi kami pwede abutin kami ng 1 week bago bumalik    higit sa lahat walang boss na laging nakabantay minsan lang magpunta sa site 

but last january mas pinili ko magleave na lang muna kesa mag-stay sa office since wala pang new project ang company namin that needs EE supervision. para na din makapag-isip-isip kung gusto ko pa ang ginagawa ko. im still on leave (no pay) pero kahapon tinanong ako ng boss ko if babalik pa ako sabi ko oo babalik ako pag meron ng bagong project where i will be assigned. na-isip ko mag-ipon na muna ng work experience at pera bago ko ituloy ang balak na job hunting sa SG

I'm very happy with my work as of the moment. I've been here since August 2010 and I can say I've been very satisfied with the benefits, the salary and the working environment. Aside from the fact that I'm no longer part of the "Call Center" industry (because I've been hired as an analyst), I love the fact that career advancement is not too far from my reach.

nope. ang kulit kasi ng boss ko. pag nag-wowork sya, lahat ng tao dito sa office, iniistorbo nya! kaloka talaga!

yes i am, its not a fulfilling job but then the pay is really good and the people here are very nice, especially my boss. not too much work too! so i have to be thankful na rin dba?

4+ months pa lang ako sa work ko, stressful but i think carry naman wag lang magka 911 case and maayos ang gabi (3-11 shift) and wala masyadong delays and charting masaya na akong uuwi.

not anymore. i used to be. i like my teammates but work has become so stressful already with the new rules and same old shifting/schedule.

super happy. hawak ko oras ko. i can work outside the office. average ang pay and good benefits. employer of the year yung company namin.
