agree. JAVA and SAP developers are the ones on top. aside from the developers, there are the BAs, PMS, and QAs.  software industry is big. you just have to find the best role, best technology/language, and best company that will fit you

How about Graphic Designers?
Especially mid/senior level with 4-5 years experience?

Was recently on a an interview feast. The highest JO I received locally was Php 25,000, and that's already coming off from those companies that claim to have been impressed with my designs/portfolio.

From my observation, the only way a Graphic Designer would hit the 30k mark is if she knows Web Designing, too. If she knows Graphic + Web, then she can earn 30k-50k a month. 50k is pushing it, must include some heavy coding too, say, HTML/CSS/PHP, etc. Labo no. But for Graphic Designers who do mostly marketing materials like brochures, product catalogues, flyers, 25k is the highest.

Hi summeriscoming, we recently hired a Graphic Artist at 40k. Though it was for a project based with basic benefits + HMO. The client wasn't even considering web designing experience then.

Depende lang talaga siguro sa company.

Graphic Design / Multimedia average, you can get from an entry level is 25k... those with 3-5 years experience can go as much as 40k depending on the company...
