Hi Sis,

Need advise po. I'm currently employed in a small company with salary of 19K, quarterly incentive of 10k (depending sa mood ng boss but most of the time meron) and now they gave me 5K monthly addtl allowance for managing some personal business of the owner. Now my problem is my Mom is encouraging me to work sa SSS. Next of Keen kasi kaya malaki yung chance na matanggap and maregular kagad. Gusto ko dun BUT i've learned na minimum lang daw ang salary mo and hindi ka mareregular kagad like 2-3yrs depende kung may absorption dahil nga govt! but once maregular ka na lahat ng benefits nila meron kana rin and tataas na rin salary range accdg sa position. I like SSS dahil sa mga benefits nila, retirement package which wala sa employer ko ngayon and yung stability.

I need your opinion po sana if i'll apply or not! kasi I'm married with 2yr old child. Im afraid na baka hindi kayanin ni Hubby ang expenses.

Kung ako, I will stick with your current Job. Mas  yung malawak na opportunity. You can easily save, I think. Kase mahirap sa tingin ko maging government employee. Aside from minimum salary nga, un regularization pa. Kung dka sanay sa ganung trabaho, boring.

Medical Physicist (entry level in a hospital or company) - 15k to 23k as a base rate

Medical Physicist (senior level)   - 22k to 30k as a base rate

Online English Teacher (home based) - 25k to 35k for working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

Minimum of 25K - 60K at least for the company I work for.

Sisters, question lang...gaano kalaki ang salary increase ninyo every year? or how often? hihi. excited lang kasi ako. LOL. i received 15% increase from noong on probe ako to regular na. Now, im waiting for my increase para sa 1 year stay ko sa company. idk kung dapat ba ako maexcite eh. waaa. >_<

^capital markets sis. idk kung aasa pa ba ako sa 10-15%  increase eh. haha. i researched kasi BAKA 5-10% nalang daw. :/

^usually for yearly increase, based sa performance ang increase. But yeah, its only 5-10% at the most.
