i think for any company, the basic salary is the same. parang lumalaki lang because of allowances when outside home base. there are per diem, lodging, laundry, transpo allowances kasi when assigned at a farther place kaya parang di gaano nagagalaw salary for everyday work-related expenses like food and transpo. so parang may additional savings din from there

i see, thanks for the reply mga sis. i was offered kasi mag-Cebu but bababaan daw ang allowance ko..i think that's a bit unfair di ba? (note: i have fixed salary, that includes allowances na)

yes, that's unfair. everything should stay the same plus allowance for being away from home. unless, you can bargain for other forms of benefit like if it's a long term assignment, a monthly home leave perhaps that will allow you to go home every month for free.

yung isang company sa the fort, may major blunder from their HR before. an HR officer accidentally sent an excel sheet with all details of employees including their salaries. After receiving the excel sheet, marami daw umalis kasi nakita nila na most people na magaganda or palaging naka-skirt eh matataas ang rate kahit na hindi daw ganon ka experienced sa work.

Any idea po how much magpasahod ang mga embassy (particularly British embassy), Position is Regional Specialist.  Or kahit any position para magka baseline at idea lang po

I used to work in SG and took home roughly 200k a month, walang naipon, naubos sa airfare pauwi ng pinas and gastos with the family; sama mo na expenses.

I decided to go home.. my pay took a rough cut, around more than a half, pero mas madami pa ako naiipon, and mas masaya pa ko..

mahal naman kasi ang cost of living sa SG kaya kaylangan talaga ng ganyan range ng salary.  room sharing na lang nasa 350SG na or roughly 10K+ a month, wala pang tubig, kuryente, cable at phone

hubby is earning almost the same at umuuwi ng 3 to 4 times a year, pero nakaka-ipon naman kami. i guess, it still boils down to budgeting.

online english teacher po home based it's a per class pay + bonuses depende sa company pag full time po nasa 13k - 22 k

mga sis may alam po kayo mapapasukan na 17k pataas ang salary range PERO...hindi po BPO...

sukang suka na po talaga ako sa call center....

Homebased freelance jobs - except yung mga admin/data entry na trabaho kasi mababa ang payout ng mga yun. Sa writing jobs rin na homebased, may mataas at may mababa rin magbigay.
