Hi guys why don't you try food supplement that will suppresses your appetite and use your fats to burn as energy para hindi naman nakakahiya na laging may oil na lumalabas sayo.

yeah, i remember FMIL was prescribed xenical nung sobrang taas ng blood sugar nya. hindi pa naman sya diabetic, pero isang tumbling na lang, member na sya ng club. eh since it runs in the family, pinag orlistat and psylium husk sya. nung una, xenical yung gamit nya, tapos nung medyo mahal na, lipat sya ng lesofat. same lang naman sila eh, so sabi ni dr okay lang daw. maganda naman ang effect sa kanya, but she was still advised to do some exercises, particularly cardio, para daw maburn nya yung fat.

actually, mas maganda kasi naabsorb ng fiber yung oil... though may flatulence pa rin, pero hindi kasing messy ng walang fiber. ang dami lang talaga

My mom stopped taking this dahil according sa Aunt ko na Doctor sa NY, hindi na nila nirerecommend to for people who wants to lose weight kasi pangit ang long term effect nya sa heart.

Medyo hindi rin effective to for people who dont exercise, kasi ang nailalabas mo lang naman na fat/oil are those from the food you consume and not the fat that is stored na on the body.

This wouldnt make you gain more lang, so its easier to lose excess fat that you already have.

^ i would have to agree with bro commish - mas natural din sya. xenical kasi is fat blocker lang, so if you keep the same diet then stop xenical, your body would absorb the fat that you might have taken with the same diet and xenical.

I first took this noong highschool. I lost 10 pounds in a month. I stopped and then I got back on again and lost another 10 pounds. Mga 4 years later, now, parang di na as effective sa akin pero baka lang dahil I stuck with it for only a week. Eh kasi naman, once you're prolifically dating, and off na gumamit ng Xenical, what with its gross side effects and all. Pero sayang, super effective pa naman. Hay.

hi sis. meron ba talagang fiber supplement?  as in yung hindi from food we eat?  i think this would be better for me since i really dont have the luxury of buying so much fibrous food nowadays.

Xenical helps naman kaso wala syang kinikilalang fat. So kasama ng paglabas ng oily food yung mga essential fatty acids na kailangan din natin, like yung fish oil, dha, etc. Not all fats are bad.

I take oat bran instead. But unlike oatmeal, it is a challenge to eat. Like Xenical it has some farty issues. Mawawalan ka ng kaibigan kung panay ang jeutot mo. hehe.

Is it possible to become immune to Xenical? Medyo irregular user ako but I can consume a box in a month... hindi na ako naglalabas ng "you-know-what"... I upped the dose to 2 pills per meal pero wala pa din....

ako sis, nakakabili naman ng xenical without a prescription, though may mga pharmacy ngayon na strict that they ask for a prescription. personally, wala pa akong naexperience na hiningan ako ng reseta pero may friend ako na hiningan sa mercury
