By the way, I'd like to share some updates on this project.
Cluster 26: Turnover complete na daw; two elevators can be used na din
Cluster 27: punchlisting and other finishing works ongoing; two elevators are functional
Cluster 28: plastering works ongoing; installation of aluminum windows now at 7th floor
Cluster 34: concreting works ongoing
Cluster 35: topped off already

^Hi. Yes there is a service bus that routes in Ortigas and Eastwood. Kaso d ko pa nattry yan. May schedule sila sa morning and afternoon. Dapat updated lang ang payments sa assoc dues as their pass

and pagkakaalam ko, [textspeak!] 50sqm P1500 naman.

i'm also considering cambridge, nag backread na din ako, totoo ba na may problem sa contract? saka may nabasa kasi ako sa sulit na 2 valid id's lang requirement, kahit na hulugan? wala ba sila ibang documents na hinihingi? kasi gusto ko din magkaroon ng condo unit this will be my first investment and i'm very tempted kasi mura siya compared to hampton...  sa mga sisses who live in cambridge paano pumunta sa pasig mega market? magkano ang pamasahe?

I've been there. The place is ok. Nagrerent friend ko loft unit mga less than 10k lang daw binabayaran niya per month kasama na ang association dues.

Kumusta yung mga nakatira rito? Dami ko nabasa sa Skyscrapercity forum na may mga nascam daw sa Cambridge, natakot tuloy ako bigla kasi nasign and nagbabayad na kami ng unit sa Kasara. Daming websites and FB pages na labelled as CV Scam. Something about reopened units ba yon. Basta I tried googling and andami ko ngang nakita. :/ Nakaka 5 payments na kami sa Empire East, mukha namang promising yung ginagawa nila like yung Rochester sa San Joaquin may buildings and all na.
